I was back and forth between this and the G923, in my opinion the G923 is so expensive that it makes more sense to jump up to a Fanatec setup. The G920 is still the go-to value wheel. I would say the stand out characteristic is the material quality. Paddles feel fantastic, the wheel is wrapped in a premium feeling material, the pedals feel super solid. Only complaint is the super stiff brake, but once you calibrate it that isn’t a problem. I mostly use for iRacing and it’s fantastic.

It’s obviously not a real car lol so we are ok with it but we expected it to be a little better. Other than that my son is enjoying it. Just be prepared to spend on a chair, shifter, games etc. :)

It’s not the best racing wheel, but for the price it might as well be. Perfect for casual applications like cruising in Forza Horizon 5, and even for intense races in games like Assetto Corsa. Buying Open Box Excellent is also a wonderful way to save money; mine looked brand new when I got it. I will say the brake pedal is a little stiff, but there’s a little mod you can do to fix it. I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

Good wheel brake a little hard to press

The brake on the pedals is way to stiff and hard to press. I feel like I'm going to break it trying to brake! Really needs a racing seat to be practical for regular use. Sitting in a regular chair just doesn't do it.

This doesn't mean that its not good I just prefer a realistic experience. This wheel is great for starters who want to put the wheel away in the closet after a week using it. The feel of the wheel is akin to driving in a electronic car you ride on. In the game you'll need to adjust the settings to get a better experience. Do not automatic settings because you will have a bad time. Also in the beginning of installation the wheel might not work at first, that is because you actually need to uninstall the usb driver THEN download their software for the wheel. After restarting the usb driver will work correctly. Anyways 4/5 stars because it works and it does its job. I'd buy it at $150 if I have money to throw. This is the kind of product you'll put in the closet honestly.

Great for noobs to slightly less noobish

The wheel gives decent feedback, especially on turns you are going to fast for, and the large base for the pedals works well. Everyone from a six year old (pillows in the chair) to the soon to drive love the feel of driving race cars.

Exactly what you need if you want the racing experience without spending so much cash on a seat, monitors etc. These feel very realistic you won’t even need anything else unless you want to compete.
