Gas pedal, brake pedal, steering wheel, etc. Probably the only hiccup is that you should hook the steering wheel on to something (we did) for more control of the wheel itself and I think it is too much money.

It took a little while tweaking settings but once done it works great. It has improved my times and reactions to the point of real driving. If you want a wheel don't go cheap get a good 1 like this.
