In the box is a steering wheel, foot pedals with three pedals, instruction manual. Set up was fairly easy, once you connect the power and connect the foot pedals to the steering wheel all there is left is to plug it into the PlayStation. It will go through a self test after connection and you're good to go. Keep in mind that the box is super heavy for a reason. The steering wheel itself is the heaviest part, which means that this product is a well-built sturdy and highly capable piece of tech. It definitely feels almost like the real thing with the faux leather wrapped d-shaped setup, you feel as if you're in a high-end sports car when you put your hands on this thing. A few notable things, the steering wheel of course is smaller than the standard size of a steering wheel but it still gives you the same feel and realism that an actual steering wheel would give you. Also on the steering wheel itself, it has all the functioning buttons that you would need to navigate throughout your menus and PlayStation. You can fine-tune the adjustment knobs located at the base of the steering wheel for more simulator-based games. The pedal shifter is equipped with some firm large pedals that allow for very precise shifts especially when drifting. A few other notable enhancements is the shift light, I was playing Need for Speed and noticed that the shift light built into the steering wheel corresponded perfectly with the revs in the cars, which is a added bonus to know the perfect time to shift without having to look around or listen for audible queue. The only issue I had with them is I wish they were slightly a bit heavier. When you are not on the carpeted floor, they tend to shift in hard breaking situations. Other than that the actual feedback from the three pedal design is great. The clutch feels like a clutch, the brake pedal is stiff like a brake pedal should be and the gas pedal feels connected to a cable even though it is not. Overall, I'm very impressed with the steering wheel, it actually hit all the marks I was looking for with no issues and the design is portable enough and easy to set up. I would definitely purchase this product again and I would highly recommend to friends and family!

This stearing wheel is awesome. It feels smooth and like driving a real car. It does have a downside which is most games it doesnt seem to work with navigating the menus, a little annoying on pc but ive gotten use to it.

I don't have much experience with racing wheel accessories except for the Wii Wheel from back in the day and its successor in the Nintendo Switch add-ons. So prior to getting the Logitech G923 for the PS4 and PC, I would consider myself a novice in the racing game genre. The G923 isn't turning me into a racing pro anytime soon, but Logitech's racing wheel and pedal combo gives a truly adrenaline-charging experience. The wheel device is heavy and looks like it will stand up to wear and tear. It has a leather, textured grip that has a very arcade feel. Multicolored lights extend from the top when you press the pedals. The standard PS4 buttons are centered on the wheel except for joysticks and L1/R1 buttons, replaced by a very responsive hand dual-clutch system located behind the wheel. Overall, the equipment feels very compact and sturdy. Attach the wheel to a desk or table with its drop down clamps to keep the device static. The pedal stand is bulky and made of hard plastic, with polished metal pedals that feel especially stable and are pressure-sensitive to simulate a true racing feel. The body of the stand does tend to slip and move during extended use, so I recommend stabilizing it (for example, placing something heavy in front of it) prior to playing. Gaming with the G923 is amazing. While the current catalog of compatible games is limited, the games I did play were loads of fun and enhanced by the racing wheel and pedals. The device is fully customizable through the Logitech G Hub app via PC. It took a little getting used to the wheel pulling back during gameplay as well as the gas and brake pedal resistance. It really becomes second nature using the G923. Logitech has made racing games more fun and immersive than ever. The G923 lets users customize their experience to their liking with a durable, sleek device for their PS4 and PC.Definitely an awesome experience testing this product. Logitech racing wheels are always fun to use and work very well. This wheel takes me back to my childhood but also brings cutting edge technology and racing accuracy. Logitech made a good decision allowing for the cross compatibility of the PS4 or PC on one wheel since many gamers have a console and PC these days. The price point is very reasonable considering you get this flexibility. Overall, I highly recommend this driving wheel if you are in the market but cannot accurately describe whether it's worth the upgrade over the last version. Look and Design: This looks and feels like a professional wheel. It doesn't feel cheap and has really good weight. I don't personally have a racing chair for this, but that would put the experience over the top. I started out with setting it on my coffee table (and my lap at times) which was good enough to stat. All of the buttons have a good feel. Gaming experience: The steering wheel has 900 degrees of rotation. That is phenomenal. Maneuvering was totally in my control without physical limitations from the wheel itself. I'm still not exactly sold on the Trueforce technology yet (in terms of accuracy), but its takes the driving experience to a whole new level. I primarily use this for Gran Turismo Sport on my PS4. The wheel was so responsive to speed and the car I was driving. It was quite accurate when bumping corners or other cars. The pedals are also super responsive and allow for fine control of speed. I stumbled over the three pedal design but that will improve with practice. All in all, I'm extremely impressed with the fun and immersion this wheel provides. In general, I don't think anyone can be disappointed in this wheel. It's reactive, well built, and just a ton of fun. I will miss the option of a gear shifter in exchange for just paddles, but aside from that, buy one now.

The Logitech G923 is a great gear driven racing wheel. Logitech has taken an already solid platform in the G920 and improved it ever so slightly to create the G923 Racing Wheel. The G923 looks and feels just like its predecessor the G920 but with some slight color changes. The design and button layout is exactly the same. The real difference here is in the new progressive spring in the brake pedal (which I found to be quite stiff) as well as the new Trueforce technology that transfers in game data and sounds to the motors in the wheel. Having the feeling of gear shifting and engine revs translated through the wheel is not how you would experience things in real life, but it actually makes the driving experience with the G923 more immersive. I found the wheel to be very responsive when playing both simulation and arcade racing games like Gran Turismo Sport and Need For Speed Heat. And most games I tried allowed me to make changes to the sensitivity or degree of rotation of the wheel. For most racing games I liked to stick with 270° but for rally games like Dirt or big rig games like American Truck Driving Simulator and Snowrunner, having the full 900° is where it's at. I'm not a huge fan of the button placements, as they're not easy to reach without rolling your hand while driving, but all the buttons feel good and solid when pressed. The wheel is a bit loud with force feedback turned on, but not noticeable while wearing headphones or having the TV turned up. I just wouldn't play this if you need to be quiet is all. Overall I am very pleased with the design and performance of this wheel and would highly recommend grabbing it, especially if you can find it on sale.

This update to the g920 is so worth it especially if you never had a g920. I'm one of those people that have only used racing wheels at friends' houses but after experiencing this at home I've realized why everyone should have one at home. 1. The clamping system on the edges of the table are A+. Key tip: Press down on the turn knobs for the clamps and it'll spring out to make it easier to turn. Then press down and twist *slightly* and it'll remain recessed. 2. Force feedback is so much fun in every game I played. Forza Horizon 4 on PC was my main testing platform and this made it so easy to understand both the road surface I was on and when I was going over the edges from paved to unpaved. 3. Forza Horizon 4 - Loved playing it with this game BUT unfortunately the controls aren't automatically recognized. I had to create a custom map and map each control to its specific use (aka map accelerator, press the accelerate, it records it and saves it). The troublesome part about this was that sometimes the Logitech inside the game would get stuck recording Axis 1, and it'd force that every time I tried to custom map a new control effect. Key tip: When I started experiencing this issue, pulling the USB plug from the computer and plugging it back in cleared things up and allowed me to finish custom mapping controls. Overall it's a great little system, the clamping system pops onto racing chairs easily (yes, this inspired me to get a portable one), and the force feedback truly makes this a game changer in terms of feeling like you're actually driving. Bonus use I'm working on testing out games to help my kids gain driving skills from the safety of our home!

Let me start off by saying force feedback with a steering wheel changes the game immensely. Certain games you can actually feel the car next to you by the way the wheel pulls you towards the other car. IF you are on the market for a wheel, and obviously you are if you are reading this. Force feedback is a must. It is worth the extra $. The construction of this wheel is outstanding. Metal shifter paddles (on the wheel), leather wheel covering, RPM LEDs on the wheel (works on some games), adjustable tension for pedals and feedback settings on the wheel make this a really complete package The pedals have enough weight that they do not slide and there is a retractable carpet grip on them. For PS4 there really is nothing that needs modified settings wise, it is pretty solid out of the box. On the PC side you can adjust the tension on the pedals and the stiffness of the wheel through the Logitech G Hub software. The software is pretty straightforward. One piece of advice if you use Steam for your games. If you have any customized controllers set up in the Steam options, you will likely need to disable them as many conflict with the wheels setup. Also on the PC side, if you run into issues with the brake and clutch pedals, make sure you have the combine pedals option unchecked. Happy driving. Perfect sensitivity and feel, especially for the price. Easy setup and the kids AND adults enjoy it, thoroughly!

I'll start off with the fact I haven't owned a force feedback wheel in years but have used the recent offerings on several occasions. I do have experience with actual racing on a wide range of cars. This wheel is a nice improvement on the previous generation and other wheels from this price range. I'm sure you can get wheels that have a more direct feel for much more money, same as you can spend much more and just go race the real cars. This wheel is great for this price range. The TrueForce system works well and is a noticeable improvement over the previous systems. My drawbacks are the wheel itself is somewhat noisy. I'm not sure how it compares to the other wheels but if you are racing with speakers you will hear the wheel working. I normally use headphones so it was not a concern but it is something to note. Also the pedals are fine for use but they do not have the actual feel of the real thing. They are an improvement over the previous generations though and closer to the real thing. Overall I'm very happy with this wheel. It'll be great for the winter months when it's hard to get out and enjoy cars in the North and I look forward to many hours of racing with this wheel in the future.

It's easy to install, I like that it's very realistic, and super easy to use, I feel like I'm driving my own car.

Got it for my significant other. He has played Gran Turismo for over a decade on the controller, after using this wheel he can't stand the controller. He loves it so much! The haptic feedback is HUGE as well, it helps his "drive by brail" gameplay style (joking, but it is incredible for feedback). NOTE they have TWO versions; Xbox and PS, they are not cross compatible.

I am a longtime gamer and have enjoyed racing games since the PS ridge racer days, progressing into Gran Turismo and DIRT as I got older. I've had racing wheels in the past and they've all under delivered on the true feel of driving in a sports car. Enter the Logitech G923 and I think we finally have a true winner! The G923 is a powerhouse of a racing wheel with only one real shortcoming, the length of the USB cord. The G923 was easy to setup and can be bolted down onto a table or desk. Unfortunately the cord usb that is attached to the wheel is only about 6 feet long. So I actually had to move a table over right in front of my tv in order to make it work with my ps4. It reminds me of the Nintendo emulator cord that was woefully too short upon its release. You can easily get a USB extender cable, but they should have made a retractable USB that extended to 15 feet so it could be enjoyed from my couch and coffee table. I do believe that they had the PC/DESK combo in mind when designing the cord. Nonetheless, once installed the Wheel is amazing. Its super responsive and takes little to no time at all to really get the feel for it. F1 2018 was a nice warm up, brakes are responsive and feel firm. The wheels shakes appropriately on varying terrain and even wobbles at higher speeds. After a few laps I was smoking the competition. Enter Gran Turismo which utilizes the Trueforce system and the wheel gets even better. You can feel the rumble of the engine, and every little nook and cranny and feel of the car, it's truly amazing. Unfortunately the amount of games at launch that can utilize this feature is limited. But hopefully as times go on more games will take advantage of the Trueforce tech. I do hope that this wheel translates to the PS5 upon release, because I do plan to buy that this fall. The fact that the wheel works on a PC too is a busy as I have Xbox Game Pass and can utilize Forza Horizon that way as well. The versatility to go back and forth and even customize more fully on the pc app really makes this wheel shine. I will hopefully enjoy this wheel for years to come and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Some of my favorite things about the Wheel is the construction and heft to the unit. The wheel itself, the stitching on it from what I read is improved over the 920, though I’m sure with the quality of the wheel and how long these things last, you’ll probably never have an issue. It doesn’t feel cheap either. I do like the included rev limiter at the top center of the wheel. Setting it up is straight forward, also there are plenty of buttons on the wheel to map for various things. Force Feedback is awesome! It’s pretty crazy in Forza Horizon! This wheel makes racing games so much more fun and I highly recommend it!

Overall a great mid/entry level wheel. I’ve been impressed with the feel of the feedback in the steering. I’m primarily playing GT7, and the trueforce feels pretty good on that game. One thing I have to disagree with most complaints, is the stiff/firm brake pedal. It’s probably the characteristic that I enjoy most, especially while left foot braking. I’ve never owned a Logitech wheel before, but this wheel has performed way better than my expectations.

I don't have any other driving or wheel accessories to compare the G923 to, but this one just felt like I was in the arcade. I really enjoyed my experience with it and feel like, with time, it'll get even better. Setup is pretty straight forward. Everything I did was with my PC but I assume things will work even better on a PS4 for supported games since configuration might be more baked in. The number of fully supported games for their "TrueForce" feature is very small right now and hopefully that'll change in the near future since it's such a new item. Basically you just plug the power into the wheel, and then plug the pedals into the wheel and then one more USB cable from the wheel to your PC (or PS4). The wheel unit has adjustable clips on the bottom that fit a large array of thicknesses so you can clamp it to your desk or whatever you're playing on. I'm using a MALM Ikea desk with a pretty thin mat on top and the wheel JUST BARELY squeezed on to it. You wouldn't be able to clamp it on anything thicker. But this is a thick desk and if the mat wasn't on top, it probably would fit a little more comfortably. That's all there is to it for physical setup. The only problem with actual setup is all based on the software or game you're using. Playing GRiD 2019 for the first time (which is one of the few games that fully supports the TrueForce feature) almost worked out of the box, but the wheel wasn't active right away so I had to search around the settings in order to activate it. After that it worked great! Then there was Farming Simulator 19 which "worked", but involves a lot of control fiddling and if you accidentally "reset" the controls, you'll have to manually redo every input. I'm sure theres another way but I didn't find one. Games were kind of hit or miss with degrees inbetween working out of the box and needing a lot of extra work to work well. If you're ok with playing around with the settings to get things to work the way you want, you'll be just fine. Like I said, I assume PS4 games would probably work out of the box a little more often but this is also a brand new wheel that some games just don't fully recognize yet so I can see this issue sorting itself out over time as games get updated with support. The wheel feels fantastic when playing. You can customize the dead zones in the G-Hub software and various other buttons. Having all the PS4 buttons on the wheel is also very nice and gives you a lot of control and customization in whatever you're playing and how you play it. The TrueForce feature in GRiD just made the wheel feel very great and move like you'd expect it to. My biggest issue with the whole setup was the stiffness of the brake pedal. I understand that the brake pedal SHOULD be more stiff, but I felt like it was too much. Your mileage may vary based on the surface you use the pedals on, but my thin carpet did not hold the pedals in place well enough when pressing the brake. I needed to wedge something between the pedal block and the wall to make sure I couldn't push the whole unit every time I needed to hit the brakes. There are rubber feet on the bottom that could work better maybe on hard wood floors but I'm not sure about this. With the stiffness of the brake pedal, I could see a lot of people having the same issues I did. Overall, this is my first racing wheel and I was really impressed with it. It's not cheap and I'll need to fiddle with settings to get things to work exactly how I want but I'm ok with it. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a serious racing wheel and you have the budget.

I’ve used it everyday for about a month with no issues. Yes the brake is pretty stiff but I’ve adjusted and it isn’t a real issue. The racing sims are more enjoyable with the added realism. Worth it for entry level or semi serious users.

Just started getting into racing games and this one of THE BEST wheels out there right now (for beginners). Extremely easy to set up, works as soon as you connect, user friendly, and works with virtually any game. Extremely comfortable as well. I will say the only negative is that SOMETIMES you might pull the wheel off the desk (from clamps) because you get excited.

Great wheel overall, the force feedback isn't very powerful but not weak. Main thing I don't like about it is that you have to keep a hand on it or it's underdampened. The pedals are good but you'll need a firm mount as the brake pedal is quite hard.
