Great Starter Wheel

The Trueforce adds an extra layer of immersion that I enjoy. The wheel is built very well. I've heard some people say that it is very loud but I, personally, find it completely acceptable. The brake pedal was initially a little stiff but after mounting it to the Next Level GT Lite Rig and a week of use, I found that the brake pedal has improved significantly. I think the G923 offers fantastic bang for buck. 5 stars.

Gonna go on ahead and state that it is absolutely amazing. The force feedback is mind boggling for someone who has never used a racing wheel with such technology. I bought it for Gran Turismo 7 on PS5. I get a glitch occasionally where it will not register the steering although pedals and shifter will work in game. I just unplug and plug it back in to the console and it works perfect every time. I am unsure if this is a steering wheel or GT7 issue. Regardless, this thing is purely awesome. Would heavily recommend if you are skeptical of purchasing.

Great when on sale

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nearly identical to the previous model g29 CHANGES: Brake pedal no long has rubber stop (feels much better) Better quality control (Discussing on a forum revealed to me that many of the previous models had defective hall sensor boards, causing alignment and centering issues - another issue was the wearing down of internal hardware) Better circuit board (for unknown reasons) "true force" - gimmicky to me, and only usable with supported games, but its fun for the initial 10 seconds you notice it while your engine is idle All that being said, this made it worth it to me when it was on sale. At it's market value, the extra cost does not justify it for me. Pricing aside, it's a reliable wheel, and until there's an affordable Direct Drive system available (never going to happen) this will have to do.

I am more casual than most sim racing gamers so this was perfect for me. I did have to resolder the wire for the pedals, as the location where it comes out of the cover was getting pinched between the cover and the wall and ended up shorting internally. If you can try to set it up so the cord is better protected, it would be no issues at all. I say that issue was about 75% my fault and 25% design flaw. Used with Gran Turismo and The Crew for PS5.

Excellent wheel for the price

I’ve had this for about 10 months and it’s still in solid shape. Logged over 700 hours so far. It’s a bit noisy with the gear driven system but it’s not bad. My only complaint is that you cannot change steering sensitivity/speed on the wheel. Also, if I had to change the springs around on my pedals because the brakes are too hard imo.
