Work great... GT7 is so much better with this wheel

A great product for a dedicated gamer. Setup was easy, and so far it has functioned well. The brake is tight compared to the gas pedal and the clutch. Best Buy shipped the product in the original packaging without placing it in another box surrounded by foam or air pockets to protect the product from the hazards of the shipping process. I couldn't believe the amount of dents and wear and tear the packaging went through and am surprised so far that it works.

The G923 Racing Wheel and Pedals is a physically impressive accessory to add to a PC gaming system. Unfortunately, in this case, support must be lagging behind the release of the product, because I could not get the wheel to properly function with known, compatible games. The hardware is pretty solid, especially at this price-point, and Logitech did not fail there. The wheel itself sports an impressive grip and, when using the downloadable software to fine-tune the accessory, also has some great, customizable turning ratios. The pedals are also very life-like; the clutch (middle pedal) is harder to depress than the others, and seemingly would be good while driving in a fast-paced game. As just mentioned, I was able to confirm a good hardware hookup (via USB), where Logitech's own software fully recognized the accessory, but it was a no-go beyond that. I had to rate this two stars to at least account for decent hardware. What were the games I tried? Forza Horizon 4 (specifically stated as being compatible), and Grand Theft Auto 5 (honestly not completely sure, but appeared to have some semblance of support). Neither of these games were a go. Forza did recognize that we had an accessory attached, but in-game settings could never be recognized. On the other hand, I was able to see modifications that many players have created that I could have unZIPped and inserted into the game, but that's not the point, is it? Game play should work "out of the box" without any need to hack one's game. I was really looking forward to testing out this accessory with some of the latest games available, but until drivers for this accessory are made more available, I'd definitely advise steering away (pun intended) from this wheel/pedal set for the time being. Once it's confirmed that games will work, then I'd say it's full speed ahead.

If you like poor quality, the loudest clunks ever on a steering wheel set up, then this is for you! I took it out of the box and immediately had a piece of plastic broken inside. I plugged it into my computer and gave it a go with Assetto Corsa Competizione and upon the first corner, this thing was clunking like the steering rack of a 1992 Honda Accord. The clunking was so intense, and the noise was SO LOUD that I barely managed to do a lap on the Nurburgring before I had to shut it off. I thought my unit was defective so I took it to best buy the following morning. I got to the store 10 minutes before it opened so I sat in the car making a quick review on youtube/Reddit and apparently the clunking and loud noise IS "normal" Also the new "trueforce" is nothing but car noise passed in a vibration onto the base itself. You can mute your speakers and you will hear the game through that feature at very low volume..this is a joke. Anyways, you have better options for around $100-200 more, not going to mention the brand but they are Masters at Thrust....

This wheel was great in the beginning! It was super smooth to turn and it even turned 900*. All of the parts and mechanisms worked fine and it was super easy to set up when I received it about 2 years ago. I Loved the wheel until after about 3 - 4 months of having the setup the wheel is not centered anymore, making the car turn hard to the right without me turning the wheel. I was not misusing the wheel, it just kinda happened as I used the wheel over the first few months I had it. I would not recommend this product simply because there are cheaper setups that would last longer than this one did.

I purchased this in person at Best Buy and ordered a bunch of the games listed on Logitech's website as being compatible. So far nothing has worked completely or at all. I tried multiple PS4 games and the wheel worked partially for some and not at all for others. Just now I decided to give this another try on a brand new PC and the Forza Horizon 4 Demo. The wheel has zero compatibility out of the box. I mapped the pedals, which now worked, but could not get steering to function. The steering did work on Faming Simulator 19 on PS4 so the hardware does work. For a $400 dollar device all setup should be coordinated between Logitech and the developers of the games it claims to support. Despite the expensive purchase of the device as well as the additional games this wheel simply does not work as it claims to and for any game I have yet tried. I'm out of the time frame to return this to Best Buy but I will likely seek a refund from Logitech by means of a warranty claim.

This is really the worst purchase I made this year. Their website says it supports FH4, so I was excited to buy it. The wheels isnt even detected. I went through multiple reddit threads and youtube videos to figure stuff out, nothing. Its going back where it came from. I shouldnt have to go through all this trouble to setup a simple piece of hardware from a well known company like logitech. Wasted more than an hour on youtube videos for nothing. So save yourself some time and dont buy it, atleast not yet, not sure if they are actually planning to fix the issue, but if they do may be I will consider getting it, but as of now this is as good as nothing.

Stopped working 2 weeks after purchased. Steering would not turn left. Returned no replacement available in stock

Just quits working for no reason, then it just starts working again. This is our second on.
