Great headset especially when it was down from 199 to 129 that is a deal

I have had these for about 2 weeks now and they are every bit worth the price. Easy sync, easy handle, easy controls and easy store.

Not built in bluetooth. For bluetooth functionality, a separate, supplied USB wireless adapter must always be used. And, that USB wireless adapter has to be powered either by plugging it in and keeping it plugged in to a USB wall AC adapter or a powered USB port of a device different from the G933. After that, for anything other than use with a pc, it appears that you will also need to connect a 3.5 mm audio cable to the USB wireless adapter. So, especially for other than pc use, to me, it's not worth all the hassle for bluetooth functionality. I plan to return unit and either downgrade to the Logitech wired headset, or buy a headset with built in bluetooth functionality. However, a headset with built in bluetooth functionality would have to be from another manufacturer as the G933 is currently Logitech's most advanced model.

A bit bulky (bulkier than the pictures indicated), especially on my 10 year old son's head. That is fine though. However, the lack of bluetooth support is not something I can understand. The 2.4GHz is so old technology, and not necessarily very easily transportable from device to device...

I did research on this headset though I knew it would be good because I own the original g930. This is definitely nicer and better designed.

I bought this to go with the Logitech gaming mouse for my grandson for Christmas. It was the right gift at the right time.

I had the headseat for quite a while now. I tried every software with it (Dobly, Atmos, Windows Sonic DTS, ETC) Very hard to tell where the sound is coming from when gaming. The Logitech Gaming Software itself is defective. Firmware Upgrade ran automatically via Logitech Gaming Software and now it's basically bricked. Tried returning the item but was declined and referred to Logitech. Logitech Support Page is so hard to Navigate. Still waiting for a response up to now. Avoid getting this.

When purchasing these I didn’t realize the wireless feature was not wireless for Xbox. Which was the exact purpose they were baught. found the lack of instructions alone made mewant to return even before I realized they weren’t what i expected in a wireless headset.

Bought for our son for a Christmas present for the blue tooth capability. Long story short will not work with the Xbox 1 unless you run a cable with it for sound. The box says the blue tooth will work for the Xbox 1but it will not. Returned and bought a different pair of head phones.

Purchased as a gift for my husband's racing game use. He loves them. Works with the PS4 and steering wheel setup.

The only problem ... battery life and some other bugs such as there is no sound coming out with a few troubleshooting steps it can be solve

I personally didn’t get to use them but my husband loves them!
