Quality though is pretty poor. Its flimsy and within maybe 6 months (and this is with VERY very little overall playtime) the right side developed a short in it, the mic quit working at all (and it had issues from the start) and the covers on the sides wanted to fall off on a regular basis. A pity because i really like the look of this headset. Also note it's wireless and i've heard bad things about wireless. It may have just been the set I owned, maybe i got a bad set...but i have to grade what I bought so...2/5

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the worst headset ever, the sound quality is great though don’t get me wrong but the mic is too quiet nobody can really hear you and that’s IF the mic is even working, I am highly disappointed with these, I was trying to get the best wireless headset from Logitech so it can match my RGB Setup but this sucks. Logitech fix your microphones oh and I can confidentially say it had nothing to do with sound settings in Windows, I tried with multiple games in both Steam and UPlay and no luck.

The low volume in voice quality you have experienced may be related to the headset battery life being low. No Audio Drops
