Hardware good software bad

Great Connection BUT

The part that goes over your head broke within the first two weeks so it was hard to keep them tight. And the latest update cause them to just not work completely. But again great connection

Replacement headphones

Had to argue with the extended warranty that they didn't wanna cover. But eventually credited me and I purchased these that were a upgrade. Probably will break too.

The last one stopped working after a few weeks, we exchanged it for this set of ear p high ones. Hopefully the last one was a fluke and this will last a few years.
