Good quality, I bought them as a gift for my brother in law.

The left channel on mine died after 3 or 4 months of light use. I started a support ticket earlier this week. But haven't heard back. This is the only logitech product I've ever had problems with though.

I eneded up trying these out and also Astro A50 and like the astros better

Logitech has a pretty good history of making really poor headsets. The G930 was bugged with mic echo in the headset. The G933 stops the mic echo, but fails at the primary purpose - sound. A mono-earpiece from the 80s delivers better sound than this garbage headset. Since the drivers and firmware are of poor quality, the generate random cracking and popping sounds even when there is no other sound going through the headset. Things get worse when you actually use them. During game play, the headset frequently starts to degrade the sound, garble everything, reboot, and then repeats the cycle. Constant loud popping and cracking randomly (this is not from short in wires, it is clearly the digital processing). Not worth $10, let alone $199. Pick something else - anything else is FAR better than these. I've owned two of the headsets, including this one. All but the very first headset eventually ended up with some type of defect that made them noisy paper weights (caused by their drivers). Including the experience for this G933 I purchased at BestBuy, any attempt to get help from Logitech is as about as helpful as doing nothing at all. Logitech does not AT ALL support their hardware or drivers. Normal canned responses is the only thing provided and they never release any driver updates or provide any real solutions. Price and speed and very easy to use. I like the microphone can hide.

I wear hearing aids and this helps me to play my games on the computer they are great.

These only lasted a year and the charging port became unstable. Purchased the replacement plan and returned for the newer model and they seem to work better.
