I usually love logitech gaming gear but these headphones have been nothing but trouble. Have had them 10 months now and I am not very happy with them. Constant issues coming out of sleep mode, unable to update firmware. Had to have a replacement after 1 month, the customer service is not bad also not great either. I now am having issues with it only showing up when they are off.

Love these headphones, great for my online game play.

They work great. Perfect for what I needed them for.

Great headset for all uses. Would highly recommend.

Could use better volume controls, gta5 is so quiet...

Bought it for a Christmas present and he loves it!

I received this as a gift and use it for gaming. The speaker arm will not stay up and I can't speak to anyone now. All I can use it for now is listening.

Like I said the headphones are amazing. However, the build quality kinda sucks. I've had it since Black Friday and the top padding of the headset is coming off.

I bought my first pair and right out of the box it had problems. I could talk to people but I couldn't hear anyone speak in Xbox parties. I called Logitech tech support and after five people not only could no one give me an answer as to how to fix them but I was told to return it to the store. I did hoping that it was just that pair and now three weeks later I'm having the same issue, when I called Logitech again for help they not only told me they couldn't help me but refused any sort of compensation. I'm taking them back and never touching Logitech again. This is their flagship headset and not a single person in the company could or wanted to help, plus after they had my money they left me to my own abilities. This is not only an expensive headset but again, their flagship headset. There shouldn't be problems right out of the box and if there unfortunately is then there should be someone able to help you. Stay away from these, I'll never get anything Logitech again, I'm going back to Turtle Beach. Plus if you are a Mac user good luck being able to take advantage of any type of software for sound editing which frankly is needed because the stock eq setting sucks. These replaced my bottom level turtle beach headsets I was using and the turtle beach headset sounded better. A $30 headset sounded better than these which are $207 after tax. Absolutely and completely worthless! Stay away!!!!

Audio is ok. Rgb is good. Wireless function is great. I just dont like wearing it if i have my glasses on.

My husband returned them he couldn’t connect them to his game could’ve been user error so I gave it 3 stars lol

Not really wireless for the Xbox. Still has to be plugged in to the controller. Still get an echo from other players

Software seems to have detection issues and some programs have issue with the surround sound but decent little headset

Pretty good for the first 3 weeks then the microphone went out and I couldn't hear too well.. was bummed because it had pretty good reviews

had a real hard time getting the scanner to work. Direntions on where to put paper unclear.Once I got it set up it has worked like a dream

it was great at first but then Logitech pushed out some firmware and killed my headset. had to return and go to another company.

I loved this headset for a long time until recently. I don't know what logitech did with their software but they made it to where the microphone doesn't work at all anymore. I know several other people with the same problem that all happened at the same time so I know it's not just my headset. Won't be buying anything from logitech after this.
