This headset looks really nice and it works perfectly but I wish it also works wireless for Xbox.

I must have got a bad headset from the start. Connection issues with PC all the time. Did not matter if I was watching a video, playing a game, or listening to music. The headset would cut out all the time. Uninstalled software then reinstalled the software and still had the same issues again. Glad I bought the warranty and returned them for a different brand. No issues with the new headset at all.

They look awesome but sound quality for Xbox one was horrible! And they were set up exactly as directed. Sadly we returned.

Its not so much the product but the fact that you have to keep charging it. I have moved to the corded version.

They are great when they work. Every set I've had has gone to crap in about 6 months. The fiber optic audio always has issues. I've gotten really good at troubleshooting these which I do regularly just to use them. Then when the audio goes out, I ask for a replacement or refund. They just do a replacement, and it's starts all over again.

I'm glad I got the product replacement! I returned this junk three times before giving up and switching to a different brand. It would cut out, disconnect, not hold charge, static, you name it. It sounded great when it worked, but 3 in one year... nope. Get a Corsair

The new top headset for 2015 / 2016

Logitech delivered on everything we asked for in this headset. I previously was an owner of last years G930, which had connection issues sometimes but was still the best wireless PC headset within it's price range. But they really outdid themselves here. -Dual 7.1 Surround sound, sounds even better. Up to 39 Ohms passive, up from 32. -Cloth noise canceling cushion instead of the less comfortable leather/plastic. -Cross platform compatibility for Xbox one and PS4 (may need adapter, I need one for my xbox controller) and mobile devices. includes 3.5MM cable and RCA cable to connect to a tv. -Sleek and way more comfortable design, and the buttons feel better laid out so you don't accidentally press them. Does color changing, which is cool but not something I was concerned about. -Hidden panel that has a REMOVABLE BATTERY. so you can just replace the battery.

I got this for my bf as a birthday gift and we ended up exchanging for a different brand/model. He said he had to have the volume all the way up in order to hear and his friends said the connection sounded bad. He also didn't like the length of the mic claiming it was too short.

Hello, I use my G933 ARTEMIS SPECTRUM WIRELESS 7.1 SURROUND headset for work. This is my daily process: listen to Spotify all day while dictating with Dragon Naturally Speaking. In addition, i hard wire connect my cellphone to the headset. All process that Logitech advertised. Unfortunately, the microphone drops off every 10 min or so. I have to watch the light on my Wireless dongle connected to my computer all day long to see if it is working. Again the mic drops out frequently AND so does the sound.... it just randomly disconnects from the G933 ARTEMIS SPECTRUM WIRELESS dongle. In addition, if I take a phone call on my hard line connected cell phone, it drops the connection to my computer sound. I am really hoping this unit works... if not it needs to be replaced. If the replacement unit does not work…looks like I will have to go back to a wired headset. I have a surface pro with one USB. I use a docking station with multiple USB's and a 4 USB adapter. I already have a logitech unifying software dongle in the one port on the Surface Pro

Had the first headset for 4 months then had issues with it not powering off. I had to unplug the battery each time to turn off the headset. Did an RMA, had to wait 2 weeks with no headset. Got the new headset (refurbished or whatever they do) lasted 5 months or so and the left speaker would cut out. I would have to slap the earpiece for it to come back on. Did RMA #2, waited another 2 weeks with no headset. The new headset came and lasted 3 months or so and now is making popping and cracking noises and power is losing connectivity while plugged in. Doing RMA #3 now. I have no confidence in this company and will never buy another product from them again. I went with the Corsair Void. Do NOT BUY THIS HEADSET, all issues are confirmed on Google searches.

Pretty cheap build. Foam pad on top started to fall out second week. Make weirdly annoying sounds and clicks when you turn them on. volume rock wheel feels very cheap and not precise. I would be happy to return those but was busy and kept them for longer than a month before actually started using them. Sound quality is okay but overall quality is poor.

I tried playing Battlefield online with this headset and I couldn't play bc there was no way to make the game audio volume lower than who you wanted to talk to in your game party...at least no easy way I could find. I was recommended to grab the Astro Gaming A40 with mix amp headset instead since you can mix the sounds on the fly with the included audio mixer

I have used Logitech Headsets forever, but the quality of this one is great the sound is awesome but wireless range isn't great. Battery life has not been good and the software has been buggy (maybe due to battery) I think I will call this one a fluke and exchange it for another.
