Don't waste your time with these. They don't work properly in a Usb3 port. The cable it comes with is garbage...defective. Software issues with the firmware update (bricks the dongle). If it has to be Logitech go with the G533.

The sound is decent. But it's quite bulky for a headset. Sound adjustments are needed.

    Constant firmware issues.

Product has constantly needs to re-download the same firmware updates. Patch notes for the firmware falsely claim that each update will fix the many ongoing issues issues with the headset including: mic not un-muting when lowered, battery settings not saving, sound profiles not saving, surround sound not saving, etc. Other reviews online (that I wish I had discovered prior to purchase) indicate that these issues have been affecting a portion of users since day one of the product's release and so I wouldn't expect them to ever be addressed. In addition to the above, I have also found the overall audio quality to be pretty poor compared to other headsets I have owned in the same general price range. The bass is more or less nonexistent causing many games and genres of music to seem flat when listened to through this set.

Bad headset to use with xbox

This headset is advertised to be compatible with Xbox one. But it must be plugged into the controller for sound and of course chat. The headset uses a mic built onto the cable rather than the boom mic. This mic is unusable because it can't pick up the sound of my voice. Also, the surround sound feature does not work with Xbox one either. I returned these.

Good mic and sound quality but has this annoying problem. Every time I start up my PC to use them it the headset beeps three time and flashes green lights. The sound and mic then doesn't work. I have to manually update to get it to work. That is if it wants to work. It gets very annoying.

These lose connection all the time and the sound quality is not very good whenever they do work. According to Logitech mine may have been "faulty". Logitech offers to replace them, however, they make you jump through many many hoops in order to get the replacement. They require a video of you destroying them, (dunking them in a bucket of water and making sure you can see the s/n as well as the ticket number and receipt) but the videos and pictures that you send them are never actually good enough and they basically make it impossible to replace the product. If you buy these make sure you get an extra protection place through BestBuy or else you will regret it.

For the "top of the line" price on the G933 headphones, I expected much more. In order to fully utilize the headset, you'll need to install the Logitech Gaming Software, which can cause you all kinds of headaches, especially with Windows 10 Creators Update! Skip this one, and look at a comparable headset from Sennheiser for less money!

Best headset I've owned so far...

Had a pair of higher end Turtle Beach headsets...had two break in the span of a year due to a design flaw. Bought these G933 headsets because the sides are made of metal and not plastic. Read some reviews both good and bad but I decided to give them a shot and I'm glad I did. I have them hooked up to my PS4 and they were truly plug and play. I think I had to change one setting on the PS4. And the sound! Blows my old Tirtle Beach cans out of the water! The bass hits hard and the sound is so crisp it's unreal. Love the design too! I admit, they look bulky, but they really are comfortable, even when wearing glasses. They do have some heft to them, but that's because there is more metal in these headsets than in most. The weight is not uncomfortable though. Definitely worth the price.

Its a great headset for a few months, but then the logitech effect kicks in. The speakers will start cutting out with constant static. No firmware update or resetting fixes it. And logitech customer support is a joke. No refunds or returns.
