It is OK for the sound. It will become very uncomfortable If you use after 30 minutes.

Fantastic product, unfortunately had to buy the wireless dongle in order for the headphones to work. Support contacted me weeks after my asking them to help. Buy at your own risk, or if you do not mind spending extra $$$$ for failed product.

Lasted barely two years, so you get two stars. Now getting the three beeps of death. Have to uninstall, reinstall drivers and Logitech software to get them to work each time I boot the computer now. Not worth the money.

A month after buying these, they just stopped working. Wouldn't turn on. Since I didn't have a protection plan, I had to go through Logitech. They told me I would take up to a month to receive a replacement pair. After arguing with them they finally agreed to send me a new pair in 2-3 days. Still waiting......

I bought this headset specifically to have sound go from game to headset. That was the point of the wireless headset. From there I can plug in for any chat I may need. So I open the box and unpack everything, from there I am directed (through text inside the box) to logitech.com/support/g933-snow which informs me that the USB adapter to transfer the audio is compatible with the XBOX 360 and not the XBOX One. Not sure why XBOX One is even printed on the box. Logitech shouldn't advertise a 7.1 wireless headset for XBOX One compatibility if it doesn't actually transfer audio from the game to the headset.

Bought these and they worked out pretty good for the most part, but after a few months of use... my first set just stopped working one morning. After researchinig for a couple hours I found a way to "wake it up" again.... only to have it die on me again a few months later. Returned the headset thinking maybe its just this one that s defective, but the replacement I got is even worse. Within 2 weeks the Mic stopped working completely, and now 3 months later it just wont turn on... even doing the reset like last time, it just wont respond. Returning and going to try the G935 instead, and if that fails me I will return to Razer and ditch Logitech completely.

Needed a wireless headset. Paid more for it. Advertised as a wireless headset and listed what it was compatible with. FAILED to say it was ONLY wireless with some systems. NOT wireless for PS4 or XBOX. Works wired, and works well. BUT not wireless.

This has on the box that it is "wireless" for Xbox one, IT IS NOT. It is not licensed by Microsoft to have the true wireless capabilities. Go for the Turtle Beach elite 800x, I got them and more comfortable and TRUE wireless.

I had to constantly "hard reset" this headset by removing the battery and pushing a reset button with a pin. I exchanged the headset for a different wireless one (void pro rgb) which was cheaper and fit much better. Would not recommend.
