It was hard to connect. The headrest cushion started falling apart. Exchanged for another at bestbuy and the new Bluetooth adapter would not connect. Called logictech and they were not helpful st all. Ended up returning the headset.

They say they are wireless....only with a PC. If using with a game console like Xbox, you will have to use the supplied cable which is shorting out on my sons pair. Don't buy unless you plan to use them with a PC.

I purchased stop bestbuy. The headrest cushion started falling apart. Exchanged but had difficulty connecting with the new Bluetooth adapter. Called logictech and they were not able to resolve the issue, so returned the headset.

The overall operation of the headset doesn't function to the quality a gamer would enjoy. Charge does not last and if plugged in and in use creates a buzzing feedback noise. Not worth the price for the function.

    Phenomenal Headset, Only One Problem

    Posted .

This is a really phenomenal headset, no question- I love the adaptability it has, how colourful it is, and the sound is incredible with a nice padding on the ears. It's comfortable. A few things about it, in case someone was wondering- the ear cups do not completely isolate you from sound, it's not that soundproof. For me that's a great thing, but maybe not for everyone. My one problem isn't with the product so much as with Logitech's support. The headset (and my previous G930s as well) disconnects constantly when plugged into USB 3.0. It's weird because 2.0 works just fine, it's not the headset or the receiver, but the drivers and software that operate it. If you shut down the Logitech Gaming Software it'll work on a 3.0 port, but that kills the RGB lighting and the virtual 7.1, so completely not worth it. I'd thought it was interference from my router at first, but my test was playing music with the router plugged in, was disconnecting every 10-15 seconds, unplugged the router and kept listening to music offline, and it persisted. Plus I've got a Logitech Orion Spark G910 keyboard that needs that software as well, so I was forced into using a USB 2.0 port to avoid this disconnecting constantly. Of all problems for me to have, this one is pretty minimal! So killer product all said and told, I just wish Logitech supported their products a bit better on the software side for USB 3.0 since it's the future.

For the high price not worth it at all. Not comfortable, battery life is bad and the RGB lighting doesn't stay the way you set it up you have to go into the program and change the set up everytime.

    Solid Headset

I have had many different headsets from Corsair, Logitech, Razer, and Turtle Beach. This is by far one of the better headsets I have come across. While it is a tad heavy, it is EXTREMELY comfortable to me. The sound quality is nothing short of phenomenal for this price range. It is far louder than my previous Logitech headset, which was the G430. This bass is smooth and clean. This headset so far is everything I was hoping it would be. No regrets. I recommend this to anyone.

piece of crap. feels like cheap plastic, uncomfortable, battery life is terrible, right speaker has already stopped working and mic sucks. ppl were always asking if i was talking from a tunnel. i have since switched to the arctis pro wireless and absolutely love them. even though they say pc or ps5/4 they still work with xbox. i have both systems and use them often. so skip the logitech hp and get the arctis pros.

The power button eventually breaks, distorting sound. Works great, until it doesn't. Google this headset + power button issues to see how widespread the issue is.

    Excellent Overall Gaming Headphones

I originally began looking for a pair of gaming headphones that could: 1. Have good surround sound. 2. Work on both PC and PS4 flawlessly 3. Be wireless. I stumbled upon these in the store and noticed they worked for all consoles. The price was about the range I wanted to spend on headphones and it also had the benefit of being RGB. When I took them home, they worked right out of the box really well. The buttons on the back are programmable via an application on the computer and you can even change the color and commands based on games. Battery life is fantastic, don't have to charge them very often so no complaints there. Probably my only complaint with these headphones is how heavy they are. After close to an hour of straight wearing them, the top of my head begins to hurt. I can just move them forward or backward and inch to fix it, but it's still annoying nonetheless. Overall, great headphones!

I have purchased two of these headsets in the past year and both have stopped working. After a few months both headsets started making a clicking sound in the left earpiece for a few seconds then the unit turns off. After a few frustrating weeks of randomly resetting your headset during critical moments the headset will eventually stop working altogether.

I have been a hardcore Logitech user for the past 8 years. I used the g930 wireless headset, they worked flawlessly. The g933 had a bad buzzing sound in the mic. It has had this problem since they put on the market and still haven't updated the drivers. This was from the Logitech owner forum straight from the Logitech site. I bought a electric noise filter surge protector to be sure, it did not fix the problem. Go with the G930 Logitech they are much more dependable so long as you take care of the USB charger on the side.

I have had this headset since September and they have been nothing but unreliable. They constantly disconnect and I hear static on a regular basis. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps listed on their forums to no avail. I have tried uninstalling the Logitech software and reinstalling, re syncing the head set to the usb adapter... Nothing. Same as it was before.

I bought these primarily for my Playstation 4 and Xbox One. These are not correct on the advertising for wireless headsets for the listed platforms. On the Xbox One you have to use a wired connection on the controller. The sound is just okay not great and not $200 worth. I will be returning these due to the miss leading description and performance. The charge on the headset doesn't last long the headset dies about 1 1/2 hrs before the ps4 controller. The microphone has issues to it keeps disconnecting.

OK, so when i got my first pair they worked fine after about 3 months i walked out of the dongles range and noticed the headset turned off. Went back to try and turn them on and nothing! So i figured i just got a faulty headset, WRONG! Went and got another pair and same thing 3 months and 400 dollars later im stuck with two bricks. Please i beg you dont make the same mistake i did buy a better brand of headset like turtle beach or even astros! This headset will break on you you have been warned!
