Once they fall into sleep mode, I couldn't get them back on to work. Too Time consuming. I would rather plug in & have no headaches . I returned them.

Maybe I just have too much interference in the house, but these kept cutting out on me, and that's never good. Took forever to reconnect each time.

    Seem Great At First

When I first got it I thought it was the best headset I every owned. Then you start having to deal with the software to make all the features work properly, The documentation is limited, which I expected I mean how hard can headphones be? Turns out firmware upgrades either make it slightly better or not function at all. I was in the slightly better half so I count myself lucky. (Not to mention it asks if you want to upgrade the firmware by minimizing whatever game you are playing several times). The volume is inconsistent, and this is most noticeable if you switch them off and on mid game. You start out hearing all the sounds, then some just stop. Examples include certain actions in XCOM 2, pretty much anything you would expect to make a swish noise, as well as some Overwatch footsteps. Tried playing both XCOM2 and Overwatch on my roommate's computer and had the same issues which he doesn't. Also I don't know if mine are just broken or if something is wrong with the charging cable, but the headphones seem to reboot after a few hours of gaming and don't necessarily reconnect on their own, The Microphone isn't great either but I have only 2 other people on Skype telling me that so I can't verify it.. I know it seems like I trashed them, but they are still the most comfortable headphones I wore for extended sessions. Wireless range allows me to go downstairs make dinner and talk to fiends, and the battery life has never been an issue. Overall I'd say these are worth it if they are on sale, but the razers and steel series seem to work better if you find them comfortable.

    The headset creaks badly

I've only had the headset for 6 months and the headset has started creaking while looking around. The microphone is sub-par and the build quality is definitely not great. (This is actually my second pair, had to claim geek squad on it after having it about a year because the battery stopped holding a charge for more than 30 minutes.) When I eventually have to replace these with another pair of headphones it will not be Logitech.

I read reviews, i watched youtube and i did a fair share of research prior to purchase. I was excited with the purchase and with the product for the one month i had it. While playing one of my games the headset suddenly did not play sound any further....i could have had a bad unit but i wold think something like this would happen right out the box. i returned the item and am now testing a pair of A50 wireless headset to see how I like them.

Compared to the G930 these feel cheap

The wireless connection is cheap and cuts out the second I step out of my room with them and they squeak every time you take them on or off... they said that they fixed the random disconnecting issue and I'm still experiencing this. I owned the G930s before this and this was supposed to be an "upgrade" yet I feel this to be a bad downgrade just wish bestbuy still carried the G930s!!

Build quality lacking, Doesn't have that assumable heft that you would think comes with the price tag. Three days with mild usage the top head cushion left side started peeling off exposing the adhesive used to secure it. Honestly they sound good, never had a problem with the wireless signal, I just don't see these lasting long. Back to the store they go.

Great pair of headphones to use if you're a windows user. If you care to use the suite and are a Mac user don't bother, Logitech does NOT support Mac products nor do they plan on doing so in the near future. The product will work with mac on a basic level just won't be able to access advanced features. Logitech has horrible customer support as well.
