We could not get these to connect at all. Had to return them.

Glad I got the 2 year warranty since we have had these replaced 6 times.

I've had my G933 for almost 2 years. I chose this because I wanted a comfortable headset for those marathon gaming sessions, I have had sessions that lasted over 8 hours to where the battery finally gets used up. The mic is acceptable and I have had no issues with my friends hearing me on Discord. The headset fits comfortably and does a decent job of blocking sound, which has it's drawbacks because sometimes The Wife tries to get my attention and has to either get in my line of sight or tap me on the shoulder. Now for the drawbacks. As I mentioned external sound is quite well muffled so for some people that can be a concern. The included charging cable is a bit fragile and didn't last a year before needing to be replaced, which is easy enough to do. When you replace it I recommend getting another long one because if you have a long session you wan't backup power without being on too short of a leash. The Second, and more significant issue, is the power switch has known issues and will most likely break just at the end of the MFG warranty. This is where Geek Squad protection plan is useful. I wish I had picked that up. I am in the process of working with Logitech to get my device replaced. That being said, if Logitech fails to come through I will still buy another G933 because I liked it that much.

These would be great, but they put too much pressure on your ears after an hour.

Says wireless for Xbox X. It is not it requires an adapter.

Very disappointed in comfort level of headset for the price that they cost.

Did not work well, disconnects and terrible mic quality

They were pretty and lighted up multiple colors but they cut in and out during the games.

The headset was great but I cannot say the same for the software that works with it

The On/Off switch failed after 6 mo the of use. I tried warranting it with the manufacturer but they needed to verify the issue before sending out a replacement. Thank goodness we purchased BestBuy’s Product Replacement Plan, we returned it and got credit towards a Razor headset.

I returned this headset for a different one, Didnt like it

Suffered the same disconnect issues that plague this design. Just google G933 disconnects and you'll see this headset is as flawed as their cheaper model. Worked fine for several weeks, then started the disconnect issues. Tired online fixes, drivers, uninstalls/reinstalls. Same problem. Would not recommend.

Within 3 days and a total of 15 hours of usage, the headset simply refused to connect to the adapter that it came with. Utilizing the USB cable allowed it to work, but defeated the purpose of having a wireless headset. I returned it the day it failed and instead bought the G633 Logitech Spectrum Wired USB headset.

Don't recommend wouldn't connect to Software had trouble with audio

As it appears this is common issue with this headphones. Over the time power switch will fail and as a result you gonna loose sound in left ear. No solution to fix. You need to slap the left side or shake power button. This is very annoying. Will not buy anytime soon

I've had this product for a little over a year. Even out of the box, the head piece felt flimsy. I always felt the sound was almost metallic. After a year, the 'on' switch has to be toyed with in order to get sound in both ears, so a short had obviously developed.

I bought it because its supposed to be a really good brand for gaming. Well it doesn't work for the xbox one. Tried to download the gaming software, doesnt work, I tried plugging it straight to my controller, still doesnt work. NOT WORTH THE 200 OR SO DOLLARS

First off the quality of the sound is great! The bass is great and the Logitech drivers gives you a lot of customizable settings to store in the headset. Battery life is not 8 hours more like 5 and a half but still decent and every time I turn on my pc I can hear but the mic won’t work until I boot up the Logitech software. My biggest complaint is it’s really not that comfortable, it’s a heavy headset and is not very wide after a couple hours you have to take it off for a little bit, I have had several headsets from Razer, Corsair, an turtle beach. This headset is not worth the price in my opinion I feel that the Corsair wireless void headset is much better and usually around 79$. Overall I feel that you should go into a bestbuy since they always have several on display, and try them on. Most companies know that the lighter the headset the better and even Logitech is making the Pro headset way lighter than this one. Another issue is that the headset ear muffs twist sides a lot when you pick the headset up and it feels very flimsy and over time I feel it will just break.

This is the worst headset I had so far just got it and first of it not true wireless if you have an xbox one you have to connect it to your controller. And there is static sound maybe it the one I got back I'm returning it .not for me
