Amazing compared to its predecessor, the g930. The sound is great, design looks cool, comfortable while wearing and the RGB lighting is a plus.

I have had this thing for...probably a year now. I have dropped it one the floor repeatedly. Without fail the magnetic covers pop off and I have to stick them back on. But the headset is 100 percent fine and has no broken parts after months of my less than gentle handling. The mic is pretty decent for a headset mic. People over discord can understand me fine and I've never had any complaints about my mic quality. Maybe invest in something more if you're looking to do professional video's or something. But for gaming and chatting it's more than adequate. The surround sound is awesome for gaming. Telling what direction noises are coming from is easy and natural. It's nice when listening to music to. For a gaming headset I really like the way this one sounds. I will say that if you have a small head this headset looks massive. But it is a very comfortable fit. I can wear it for hours with no problem. The fit has loosened over time but I think that's only to be expected with any headset. Especially ones that are plastic and at this price point.

My Fiancé and I were looking to get a good wireless headset for his Xbox one. We tried the Stealth 600x and the stealth 700x by turtle beach, but ultimately were not blown away. We checked out Best Buy's online inventory and the reviews looked awesome (for the most part) on the Logitech G933 set. Bought them about 30 minutes ago and the first shock came when we discovered the Wire connections. 'Wireless' only pertains to PC connection, because in order to connect to your Xbox, you had to plug in the headset to your controller with a two-way cord, similar to plugging in earplugs for music on a phone. They are Extremely comfortable and stunningly beautiful. The colors are awesome, but the audio wasn't too impressive. The sound was too low, even at its highest volume. Volume settings in the audio menu on the Xbox didn't do much either to improve this. Maybe they work better for PC or for Music, but not exactly great for Console gaming in our situation. Great quality (material), big and comfortable, Beautiful.... But it just wasn't meant to be.

Great Headphones! For the right head size.

I've looked through, tons of reviews on these headphones on bestbuy and other sites like amazon and new egg. I bought these are a replacement for my current headphones that just broke and in the week I tried using them. I had no issues whatever. No glitches, no driver issues, nothing uncomfortable with them. I feel the problem other people have is not the headphones themselves, but the computer they are using. Which I don't know how a problem would appear, since I just plugged in the usb stick and everything worked properly. Changing the volume instead of just on the speaker, it changes the volume on the computer itself just as a heads up. Buttons on the back didn't really give much explanation on which did what besides the mic icon and the lightbulb icon but it took me 10 seconds to look that up online so who cares. I have only two concerns with the headphones, which are no defective but just as I titled it, it occurred with me, that with the padding on the ear cups which are excellent for blocking most outside noise, combined with the weight of the headphones themselves, made them slide around alot easier than my old pair which you can't really find out if thats a problem for you unless you try them yourself. Online orders can be returned in store which was why I got it from best buy in the first place. Second was it would go into sleep mode, without any indication and a click of one of the buttons would wake them up, but I found that the online software for them allowed me to turn off the sleep timer entirely so thats easily fixable. I recommend getting them. Work great, feel good, look cool, and no hardware problems at all.

Few facts before using these headsets is that I turn off RGB for more battery life. These headphones are beautiful, and have a meh range. These are really good wireless headphones are really cool for some people. You can also hear the rear side of enemys in games which I don't have in my other headphones so that is good. SO FAR! 1. Meh bass 2. Very loud headphones 3. Mic is not okay, (but I never use it anyways so) 4. Volume adjust is on point 5. Your ears feel comfortable after long gaming 6. Adjustable. Overall a beautiful headset

    Disconnecting problems.

So I've had these for quite a while, possibly 7 months already or so. During the whole time I've had a few issues with them. First they would disconnect and reconnect on their own, (I was not out of range) this started happening after 2 months of use. I had the "Factory reset" them my using the pin and holding it. I've done this not only once, but 3 times already. Another issue is sometimes the microphone would glitch out and every time I would pull up and back down it would not unmute itself. Last issue is these headphones will sometimes remove a certain program from the Volume Mixer, meaning I had to close the program and re-open it so that I can hear the audio within it. Overall, they are comfortable for long lasting gaming sessions, they are stiff and durable, the programming on it and it's personal Software are phenomenal. The reasons I purchased this is because of a few reviews, it had RGB, wireless 7.1 with at least 15 hours of gaming (RGB OFF and at least 75% Vol.) it has it's own software and equalizer, comfortable, durable, and well, it's Logitech.

The sound quality is superb, the design is absolutely beautiful, however, the headset feels way too heavy. This issue isn't a problem if you're gaming for an hour or so, but anything longer just turns into a massive headache. You feel a sense of relief taking them off. Some people might like the heavy, firm fit, but I prefer lighter headphones. Again, the sound quality for the price is absolutely amazing. It's still an amazing headset, but I do recommend trying them on before buying.

I traded the Logitech G933 for the Corsair Void Pro's. The Corsair's did not fit my head. They would fall off my head easily. I also have tried a few other wired pairs. But wanted wireless, and I am glad I found the G933's. They are amazing. To me the sound quality is awesome. They fit great and are comfortable for long periods of time. They are heavy on the bass, and playing games they are very crisp. I like the 7.1 Dolby surround. You can here footsteps around you and from which direction. I seen some bad reviews and don't know why. IMO these are great. I know they have been out for a while but from what I have tried these have it all. Wireless, comfort, and great sound!

Best headset I've used so far.

I use a headset just about everyday and for over 3 hours each day. I've had this headset for over 7 month now and still works great and is still in pretty good condition. The big ear pieces swivels so it helps with the comfort level, but the ear cushions do make your ear hot (but to be fair my room is usually over 80°F). So those ear cushions do absorbs sweat and will leave stains on papers, but it isn't difficult to take off the cushions, hand wash them in detergent and water, and roll the flaps back over the rim. (would get 5* if there was an easier way for cleaning it, it also need a mic fuzzy for wind from my fans) I have and to turn off and on the headset a few times when it doesn't wake up from sleep mode, but that doesn't bother me too much, Comparing G933 to the other headsets I have used like PDP - Afterglow Universal Prismatic and Sony's Gold Wireless Stereo Headset, would have cracks in the hinges or on top of the head band with in the 4 months I had them. The G933 is definitely a very sturdy headset for my excessive use and clumsiness.

    Feels Super Cheap

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I've had these headphones for awhile now, I also have the Logitech G35/G930. These headphones are no where near as comfortable as the others. The cloth feels incredibly cheap. The thing also creeks like the thing is so brittle it is going to snap which again makes me feel like they are incredibly cheap quality wise. However the ability to hook the headphones directly into my phone was pretty neat. Also having the USB transmitter store in the headphones is a very nice touch. Unfortunately also, if you do have a larger head or just in general you'll realize the settings you set them out for size do not stay. They do not lock into place as well as their predecessors. Lastly, they have a rather annoying feature which powers them off after 5 minutes of no audio. That may seem like a nice feature, but if you're on your computer occasionally watching a short video or just going back and fourth you'll have to keep turning them off and back on which is super annoying. One would think this would also save battery life, but even with that setting they seem to be dead the next day I go to use them after little use. Pros: - Wireless didn't cut out sometimes every 10 seconds like my G930 wireless set did. - USB transmitter stores neatly inside the headphones for travel. Cons: - Super cheap quality - Uncomfortable - Auto off feature is annoying and doesn't seem to even save battery life - Creek noise even when carefully handling them Recommendation, go with the Logitech G930 which are much less expensive and are much better quality. (Only reason I don't use those, seems to cut out a lot from all the wireless interference in my apartment building.)

This headset works great for wireless, not having to deal with cables. sound quality is good. Not sure about the 7.1 surround sound claim, there is some surround sound effect though.

Read Before You Buy! Buggy Sound/Squeaky Frame.

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This headset has failed my expectations, at first it was glorious. An amazing work of art that caught my eye. The sound quality is AMAZING, the settings are easily changed and programmed. The multi-audio input is a godsend for us PS4 players who like to listen to Pandora while playing our favorite FPS... However this headset soon let me down. My first pair had a horrible squeaking sound coming from the frame where it rubbed against itself. At first it was barely evident, however over the course of a month it was so bad that I couldn't wear them at night because it would wake my girlfriend up. The squeaking came right through the headphones and would squeak every time I moved. I took them back and got a replacement, this pair started to have audio issues while playing Battlefront on the PS4. The Logitech support has issued no help regarding this ongoing issue, neither to me nor others. The audio cuts out in a weird static way until it cuts out completely, and while the headset is on and has no audio coming in, a weird electric popping sound can be heard. Amazing Quality when it works right, the key word WHEN. Personally I do not recommend this headset for gaming until they provide actual fixes for this.

    My Review for G933

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Let me start out with the pros and cons and I will do my best to give a fair review and my personal experience while I had this headset. Pros: > Great Sound (Will blow the quality of the G930 out of the water). > Well Built and comfortable Cons: > 5 minute auto off function which can't be changed. > Boom (mic) is sturdy but the extension is a future issue > VERY BAD customer support via phone/twitter/e-mail To start let me advise the reason I had to return my headset. There is no mention anywhere of a 5 minute Auto Off function and it can't be disabled. What that means is that if there is no audio going though the headset for ~5 Minutes it will power off (the headset) and you must hit a button, flip the boom, or raise/lower the volume to wake it up. Please keep in mind it has a seperate power button and for my line of work auto off on the headset a disliked feature I will have to avoid. In my line of work I must set for moments of 15-20 minutes of no sound and I could potentially loose my job if I miss a call and I use my headset for this. THIS IS NOT LISTED ON THE BOX AND IS ACCORDING TO LOGITECH AS EXPECTED FUNCTIONALITY. The customer service for Logitech is below part to say the best. I have nothing against overseas calls but having to repeat my information 3 times is bad due to the language barrier. I gave them a week to fix the issue and instead got this is intended function to save battery instead of working for a solution to disable it. I had the headset approx 9 days and didn't want to loose my 200.00 return on it. Other notable things to say is that it has a "tight against your ear" feel that I kind of like and fits my oblong head where most headsets don't It has an over the ear style improved upon the G930. While it's notable to mention lots of complaints on the headsets in general I will say I didn't have the driver problem that other had. Overall if you're a person that doesn't like AUTO-OFF timers built into a headset which is apparently something new then avoid this headset. Maybe one day they will add a feature to disable auto off but unfortunately for me my time ran out for them to fix it.

I bought these about 1 year ago, then about 4 months later I had to go back and get a new pair because they wouldn't charge, about 3 months later it happened again, then 4 months later, again, and last night they did it again, it is a very weird event, although they are very high quality for hearing, so it's a gamble, but make sure if you do get them, get a warranty, without the warranty and this happens to you, you're out 140$$$.

This headset has been very impressive so far. I use it with my PS4 and it is very sturdy, stylish and comfortable. Easy set up with the PS4. The sound is good but not exactly ground breaking audio. That's the only reason I gave it a 4/5. I would choose this headset over the PS4 Gold, which has snapped on me twice.

I went through tins of gaming headsets for months trying to find the ones that were all around amazing and than I came across these. The sound quality and directional sound is amazing even in the bypass mode with the 3.5mm Jack the battery life is nothing short of great and the customization for colors and programmable buttons is also really neat. The best part is that I can use this headset for everything Xbox, PlayStation, PC, mobile anything and everything.
