Excellent Headset once initial setup is complete
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once you complete the initial setup and update the firmware its a treat to use. My headset wouldn't connect out of the box, I had to update the firmware, not the end of the world. Though you have to have this connected to your computer every known to man to update it. Then the support page was a bit incorrect as to how to get the firmware to update. I ultimately ended up following the file path and running the update program as admin. Once that was complete all was well. Sound quality is better then my G930 in every way. Buttons are a tad hard to press for my taste and are very "clicky". Thankfully I don't need them for much, if at all.

AMAZING HEADSET
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset sounds and looks amazing! Battery life is decent, sound quality is top notch for a gaming headset, the rgb lighting looks great, and the mic is pretty good. The software that you download to use with the headset is easy to use and adjust to how you like for the headset to sound. Pros: Sound, Mic, RGB Cons: Headset tends to want to slide off of my head if I look up or down other than that the headset is amazing.

Great Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These sound great, and last a long time on a single charge. I like that I can sync color settings between this and my other Logitech peripherals. The only thing I don't like is it is limited to stereo sound for consoles like xbox one. I should be able to plug in just like a computer and get surround for the xbox, but that isn't possible, and you you have to just connect to stereo connection on the controller.

Best headset I ever owned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got two for each of the boys now I need on they did echo at first but just messed with them for a min and it fixed itself. Most base I ever heard from a headset and the sides pop off that house parts for it like the battery. You can really tell where the shots are coming from their simply 200 percent better than the best turtle Beach I ever used at least.

Great for PC, Not recommended for Xbox 1 or PS4
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First the good, Headphones sound significantly better than my afterglow stereo headphones! The rechargeable battery for this headphone is replaceable, which means you don’t have to toss out this headphones once this battery dies! The build quality feels good, and the joints for the headphones are not stiff. I love the lighting on it! The USB transmitter works on some TV brands! Plug it in, and the USB is streaming audio from the TV directly to your headphones! Now for the bad. This is not a surround sound headphone, which is the reason why I bought this in the first place. Per Logitech, the virtual surround sound is supported on PC only. (source: community.logitech.com/s/question/0D53100005idU7uCAE/g933-samsung-tv-and-xbox-one) Connecting it to an Xbox 1, PS4 or a sound system entertainment center will only produce stereo sound! If you are looking for a true surround sound headphones, then you’ll have to move on to the higher end Astro A50s or for the Xbox one players, the Turtle beach Elite since it also supports wireless chat. (Both headphones are sold at Best Buy) This headphone is definitely not worth $199, but I got mines on sale (8/5/17) fir $124.00 at Best Buy, so I am contemplating on if I should keep it for my Alienware notebook. Mostly likely, I will return it for the Astro A50 so that I can have surround sound on my Gaming PC ,PS4 and Xbox 1. Performance The headphones did perform well for Call of Duty and Counter Strike:GO. I could heard sounds very clearly, and I swear, I heard sounds in the game which I could not hear from my Afterglow headphones. The Headphone really struggled with games highly dependent on directional sounds, like Rainbow 6: Siege. For the 3 games above, the bass sound (e.g. explosions) seems to be weak compared to my 2 year old Afterglow Headphones. So if you’re a bass head, you might not be happy with this headphone. Why did I give it a two star? The product packaging the and the documentation miss led me to think I would have true surround sound on my PS4 and Xbox one. Another issue is that the product packaging didn’t mention that it was virtual surround, not true surround sound from the PC.

Awesome Headset, great Sound, comfortable!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I found this headset to be the best out of close the 15 different ones I have tried. The While headset, fits my head and stays put, the sound is fantastic, and the range of the wireless is very satisfactory. The only con I have is that the mic is awkward. Other than that, it's the best headset I've had the pleasure to purchase.

Great wireless headset!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset with every intention of getting a wired set. After reading the reviews I purchased it and have not regretted have an wireless set. Sound is great. Headphones fit and do not get uncomfortable. Mic quality is awesome. My only complaint and it is consistent with all over ear headphones is they make me sweat.

Great headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can't think of anything I do not like about this headset except I wish it did last a little longer on the battery, it's comfortable and I feel I hear footsteps behind people a lot more times than they do myself.

Decent Sound, Decent Build Quality, NO SURROUND!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones themself are of decent sound quality and decent build quality, but the logitech software doesn't let games do surround sound.... the only "surround" effect you get is modified stereo. This is really silly and it is an issue that should've been fixed before these got out of basic design! I was using these in a racing simulator style game that surround is really helpful to tell how close you are to the next car, and even with the game setup the way that it worked for me with the g930's, it refuses to function in anything better than a really strange sounding stereo. Took them back to the store... Logitech is really old enough of a company that they should know that this wasn't a good idea...

Hot Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As soon as I got these out of the box windows had installed a base driver and they sounded great. I installed G-Hub to get control of the lighting and try surround and lost 40% of the max volume.... 40!!!! Even switching to DTS I got back maybe 5%. They have a serious software problem. 100% chance I am steering people away from these until the software is fixed and I know a lot of people looking to upgrade that are listening to my words of caution. I was told to stay away myself, but I have a G910 and a G502 that work perfectly, I figured i'll ignore the red flags and grab a G933 and throw caution to the wind...... Boy do I have egg in my face. Using my backup MSI gaming headphones until I can find someone who has fixed this PROBLEM with a work around. Don't bother buying these, get something else that's stereo and sounds decent. Even my Corsair voids were substantially loulder.

Great for a wireless headset
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great audio. Not so great mic quality, sounds a little like you’re in a fish bowl. Battery lasts about 2 full days with rgb off.

Perfect for wireless choice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used this product with PS4 and PC. PS4 only does stereo sadly but the surround sound is phenomenal on the PC. Fits perfectly over the ears and is built solid. Did not work for the Nintendo Switch

Bravo Logitech... in a way.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So, I didn't bother reading through everything and I'm sure many have had issues with this headset. I have used better headsets in the past like the Plantronics Gamecom 780/88 and Steelseries Spectrum 7XB. Both of these are wired, the Gamecom I still have while the two pairs of steelseries broke where the earpiece would tilt and swivel breaks way too easily... Now, as for the Artemis... As per the quality of build fantastic finish, very sturdy design but some creaking plastic sounds as you put it on which could be ignored (I'm picky). Sound quality is amazing AFTER you fine tune the EQ/Surround 7.1 again depending on your desire of sound. Bass isn't necessary IMO overall in headsets since the small drivers aren't designed to hold anything at max level. Expect distortion as mentioned before with deep bass music and/or heavy explosion if you have max settings dialed in. Clarity is phenomenal (after tweaking them). The RGB selection and software is on point... but no, even if you have LGS previously installed/updated it doesn't always connect/recognize your headset automatically right away which is my only gripe with these headsets. All rigs aren't created equal so don't expect them to be plug and play. In the end to get them to work I had to one have the receiver connected/LGS installed and manually help Win10 select the proper driver because the software was looking for something else. Which was an audio/USB driver that it couldn't locate on it's own. I still give the set 5 stars for it's intent of use and considering that this doesn't happen to all computers I didn't let it bring down the products stars. please, do research before rating products because it does happen to turn people away from them seeing that they don't have the stars needed for the requirements of some people who know little about electronics and how to properly configure them. I only heard Logitech has horrible customer service and software support which they do take forever to fix certain issues... other than that I've been a happy Logitech consumer for more than 15 years now with mice/speakers/gaming headsets and keyboards. :)

Best Headset, Terrible Drivers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech, you kill me. These drivers literally make the headset unusable. Fantastic sound, great controls on the headset, well built. Install the drivers headset controls don't work. The only way to use this headset is to uninstall the drivers. Otherwise fantastic headset.

Too tight
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this headset for a while and it was to replace my logitech g930 which I've had for years until it broke. First off the audio is good, but the volume is too low. I usually have my volume level at 14 out of 100, but with this I need to be 36-40 to be able to listen the same. The overall design looks good too, but it's way too tight for my head. I've never had any problems with the other logitech headsets I've used (the g930 and g430). I'm wearing glasses too, so this headset is really squeezing my glasses as well. Unless I need to chat with someone online, I would almost not want to wear this headset. If I can, I would prefer the g930 over this to be honest.

Great for PC and PS4, not for xbox
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought the G933, For xbox this headset is useless. It has a "7.1 surround sound emulator" the USB stick plugs in via RCA jacks. If you're like me and you have a new samsung TV without RCA jacks, your xbox doesn't have RCA jacks, and there is no device connected to your TV with RCA's then you're out of luck. The headset will work but what they dont tell you is that the LED lights will not work when the wifi is turned off on the headset, the 7.1 emulator is disabled, and the boom mic is rendered useless and replaced by a inline mic on the cable hanging between your controller and your headset. Overall this headset was a huge disappointment. Come on Logitech, if it costs $200 it should work right out of the box. I replaced it with a Lucidsound LS-30 which uses an optical port, does not claim to have 7.1 and then disappoint, has an aluminum body frame (no more broken ear pieces) an internal mic and a 1/8 jack plug in boom mic, and is paired right out of the box. The A50's are nice but if i'm going to spend $300 i'm going to wait till the new ones come out in september (speculative date)

Everythings good but....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good: Sound quality, look, feel Bad: Range, usb charger (tough to put in and remove), doesn't come with a stand. When playing FPS, better to turn off all Logitech surround effects. Logitech software keeps on resetting configured settings. But overall decent
