The sound qualify is really good and the G Keys really make this a true wireless headset for when you need to chat in voice chat but are away from your PC. My only complaint is that the side-tone in the headset is almost non-existent. You can't hear yourself at all when speaking on the headset. Logitech has already said they are not able to update due to a firmware difference. If not for this one issue I would give this headset 5 stars but since the noise cancelling is so good better side-tone would definitely help.

Use this for gaming, very satisfied with the quality.

I am a huge fan of Logitech gaming products. I picked up this headset in November of 2015. I had to return them a couple hours after I picked them up because they would not pair via Bluetooth. My second pair lasted 11 weeks and the microphone stopped working. The 3rd. pair kept shutting off. In the end I went with Astros. I'm very disappointed because the sound quality of the G933 coupled with a good mic was great when you can get them to work. Please get it together Logitech.

The sound is good. The comfort level is good. The microphone, however, is another story. It's a problem and has been mentioned in other postings online as well. It doesn't work well and is spotty. For an expensive gaming headset, that is unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding these and buying something else from a competitor until Logitech fixes the underlying issue.

I bought these to replace my well-worn G930 headset that had finally given up the ghost, and my expectations were very high given the list of new features (not to mention the steep price)...BUT...due to the random nature of it's built-in "power save" mode that puts the headset into standby with no warning (and with no way to disable it!) I cannot recommend this headset at this time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Logitech does the right thing and corrects this massive bug in a future software update. Until then...buyer beware! Stick with the G930s if you have them!

As per usual with a wireless headset from Logitech, everything is fantastic. Everything except the battery. The batteries themselves aren't bad. On paper they are exactly to advertised spec. Sometimes they are in practice as well, but usually not.Reason is nothing more than absolutely HORRID software. It is baffling how incompetent some manufacturers are at creating a battery life indicator and power management. It does not matter if you left the headset off and charging overnight. The software is wrong a majority of the time and if it thinks the battery is low then it will shut down despite in reality having a full charge. This happens to the point of it being unusable as a WIRELESS device. I've experienced this issue with the Razer ManO War, the Logitech G930 and now the G933. This has been a widespread issue for many people, spanning brands, headset generations, battery replacements, operating systems, software updates etc. Don't buy this. Get a wired headset and save yourself the headaches.

I purchased this headset on september 30th, worked well up until october 28th. I received a firmware update (g933 artemis spectrum update tool 98.3.27) installed it. Half way to completion it bricked out my headset rendering it useless. I tried doing to 2 sec hold reset pins on both my headset and usb receiver to no avail. I couldnt turn my headset on, I even tried plugging it in a wall outlet to see if it would turn on, nothing. Apparently the 98.3.27 firmware update causes your headset to brick or have other minor issues. The headset worked fine and i enjoyed it up until now. Researching online and a lot of people have the same issues with or without success. This is all on logitech devs side and nothing to do with bestbuy. My return expires on october 30th and im just going to return the product and not have to deal with logitech support as I've tried everything to fix my headset. Do not purchase this product as a firmware update could render your headset unresponsive like mine. Im only giving it 2 stars cause the headset worked fine up until the firmware update or id give it one star.

Great headset for the money in 2016 standards. No longer use the headset nowadays.

I'm a gamer. I'm a pro gamer. Before these I had the G430. They were really good, but wow these are AMAZING! Totally worth it.

My previous headset was the Logitech G35, and they were my favorite that I've ever owned. Sadly it doesn't seem like Logitech makes this headset anymore. I gave these G933's a try, and had nothing but problems. First, they were head-squeezingly tight. Gave me a headache like nothing else. The top strap's "cushion" is way too thin, so even without the headphones being too tight to my temples, the top and weight presses too hard against the top of my head. All around incredibly uncomfortable and I found myself trying to adjust it every few minutes. The wireless capability certainly leaves much to be desired. Every 5 minutes the thing would disconnect and reconnect again with very loud BEEPS. I was on a work call, and kept having to apologize that my mic and audio kept cutting out, and asking people to repeat themselves; and I tried multiple troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. I wanted to use the headphones wired, and was under the impression that the supplied USB cable would let me play both powered and w/ data without having to plug in the wireless USB plug - wrong. If you want to play wired, you can ONLY use the headphone jack plug, and then it doesn't give you any on-headphone controls or surround sound. So I ended up having to waste two USB ports - one for power, and one for the wireless plug. Yikes. I'm definitely not convinced wireless audio is worth anything. These headphones have gotten very good reviews - but let me just say... steer clear.

Purchased today. Plugged in, installed software, right ear didn't work. Went to Logitech site to search for fix. Fix didn't work. Going back to store tomorrow. Had Logitech 930's for a year, broke. Got another pair, didn't work properly. Bought Razer's that have worked great for a couple years but are a little warm on the ears due to material....decided to give Logitech another try. Won't do that again. Shop around!

Sound is good but...it feels like your head is in a vice. The audio quality doesn't matter if you can't stand to wear it for more than 15 minutes

Work great on PC, has a pretty good wireless range. Using it on a device, however, results in sound coming out of the left side, the right side is just for show.

One of the worst products I've ever owned. Daily effort to get it to function, very annoying. When it works it's usually decent, but sometimes has some awful cross talk. 1. Resets itself seemingly randomly, really annoying when playing a competitive game... 2. Sometimes the unmute function when lowering the mic doesn't work, forcing you to use the software or the unmute/mute button. Annoying, especially if you accidently knock it up mid game (because the mute on raise works just fine...) 3. The Skype preview on Windows 10 completely disables the headset, you have to uninstall skype for any hope of normal operation. 4. Sometimes the headset won't turn on. Usually turning it on and off a few times get's it going again, but sometimes I have to pull the battery and/or reset the device. 5. Sometimes the headset "works" but is acting like the driver isn't installed, so all of the settings reset to default which happens to include a hear yourself option. As beautiful as my voice is, I don't need to hear myself talk while playing... WHY WOULD THIS EVEN BE A DEFAULT??? Needless to say, this headset is garbage. At least on Windows 10. I'm running a 6700K CPU, GTX 1080, with top end components and liquid cooling. The only junk connected to my PC is this headset.

Only buy if you are a die hard Logitech fan other wise their customer service was very bad did nothing but give me the run around. Had lots of trouble just getting them to power on on a full charge. Went back to Bose a very solid company when it comes to quality sound.

I've had several headsets in my lifetime and this would've been my favorite if not for the flimsy construction. It fell apart within 4 months of owning it! The entire earpiece broke off without much pressure, unfortunately I was very disappointed with this purchase. $150 down the drain

I have huge issue with these headphones specifically due to the software involved. After hours of searching online I can only find people with the same issue and no solution. The connection to the USB and the headphones can be wiped out and completely mute your microphone without a ~5 minute update everytime this happens. A 5 minute update just to enable your microphone gets really annoying after a few weeks and even unfathomable after a few months. I cant wait to get a new pair of headphones that aren't Logitech. These headphones are absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY.

The online description isn't clear enough that the Xbox One connection NEEDS to be wired. Even with workaround connectors the chat function is useless if not direct cable. Returning ASAP. I already have a bt dongle headset that works for PC and PS4, and a wired Xbox One headset.

I'll be returning these in the morning. They are advertised as being compatible with the XBox One, but they are not. They might be good for PC and other consoles but they do not work properly for the XBox. The primary problem is there is no sound from the left ear piece. However, I also lost sound completely or had an echo. I looked around the web (which I didn't do before purchasing, my fault) and found many people with the same complaint. There are hacks (adapters, etc.) you can try. Some people say they work others say they don't. Bottom line, I don't buy things so I can "hack" them to get them do their primary basic function.

Went shopping for headphones and actually had one of my good friends tell me about these particular ones so I went with them. These are by far the worst headphones I have ever owned. They look great, but as far as the instructions, comfortability, and just sound quality these are terrible. Not comfortable at ALL and they have the worst static I have ever had owning headphones. And they come with the worst instructions I’ve ever seen. I tried switching controllers. I reset the connection and nothing worked to fix them. My $70 turtle beaches were better than these. Going to swap with plantronics. Disappointed.
