Worst headsets I've ever had. Within a week, the cable was constantly disconnecting me if it even got slightly bent. Lasted me 3 months I'd say. The colors seem pointless as A.) I never figured out how to change them and B.) You never see the colors. I liked that the mic folded up and muted itself, but this would lead to weird moments where I'd forget to put the mic back down while talking to people so I'd be talking to myself for a bit. Cheap feeling plastic. Pain on the ears after very little time using it. Don't make the mistake I did. Stick with the G430s. Those things lasted me 3 years and only recently broke after misuse.

Looks cool, but ultimately useless after 2 months of very light use. The microphone never picks up in chat programs like Discord. It claims to be wireless but will NOT work unless plugged into a usb charge, even at max battery life. The 3 times it did work, all my friends said my voice had a terrible echo. Sometimes won't even turn on, and then audio suddenly works when the switch is set to OFF. Played a few games where the sound suddenly dropped like the set died, even as it was "charging". I can't image a worse headset. I updated all the firmware prior to use and tried a hard reset. Nothing.

Heavy on the ears, it feels small and complex when wearing on your head, I returned them and exchanged for the corsair rgb headset for about the same price.

I purchased this gaming headset with high hopes, having read the previous reviews. Highly disappointed...my boyfriend said the Mic was robotic/metallic sounding. I was able to hear him perfectly clearly....had there been no issue with the microphone i would have been happy with the purchase,but given the fact that i Skype daily to talk to my boyfriend these headphones are entirely unacceptable for the price i paid. Already returning them after 5 minutes of use!!!

As a Pro Player, its important to hear sound. However when your headset breaks within a week with random turning off, low battery life, glitchy surround sound, and a non working microphone, its pretty incredible how fast i snapped this thing in half after a month because it was that worthless to me. actually depressed me on the money i spent on my new setup for one of my most favorite pieces to break.

Using these on PS4 don't wast your money I had these for almost a year now the wireless feature constantly cuts out all the time the sound guilty is not bad but not that great either, tried plugging into a ps4 controller it sounded even worse didn't cut out on me when plugged in to controller but didn't sound good either so if you plan on using these for game console don't just move on to something else

The product works great when it works. Driver and firmware problems that made it extremely annoying.

Bought these for my son’s birthday. They worked for 4 weeks then failed. He has tried all the tech suggestions from Logitech. Tried returning to Best Buy today, was told that unless I’d bought their extended warranty I’d have to deal with Logitech. We’ll see how that goes - but I will never buy anything from Best Buy again, since they won’t stand behind products they sell unless you pay them extra to do so.

After 2 weeks I noticed some extra play in the adjustment where you place it on your head. I didn't pay much attention to it at first, since I thought it was part of its design until yesterday when the wire came out several inches and it now dangles way below my ears. It still works but is unusable. Hope that Best Buy will give me a refund. Did anybody else experience this?

This is the worst gaming headset I have ever bought because when I tried to use it with my Xbox One, it has not connected. The headset connected for about 3-4 minutes and then it has not connected ever since. I have tried everything to try and get it to connect, and I looking to return this pile of junk and get a better headset

The device would not work anymore after 10 days of moderate use. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter how well it performs if its going to not work anymore after that short of time. I tried to troubleshoot everything I could and even switched from PC to PS4 and it still didn't work when it did before on these devices.

Let me start out by saying I have multiple other Logitech items, they all work great and I absolutely love them. These however, are the worst headphones I have ever had. I have gone through about 3 of these from trading them in and none of them have lasted more than 4 or 5 months. Save your money, do not buy these.

The surround sound don't even work for the consoles this is only meant to be for PC you are paying extra for features you don't even get to use when your on console. I am console gamer and surround sound is very important but not worth the price if you are in console

These have connection issues. Look around. DO NOT BUY. They likely will not work. Plus, they're deceptively advertised. Even if you get them to work, NO 7.1 SOUND OUTSIDE OF PC AND WIRED CONNECTION

I have owned countless gaming headsets and this is by far the worst. I have replaced it once with the warranty and it still does not work at all sometimes. do not buy this headset

Mic is a living nighmare when im trying to even just have skype phone s3x it always is glitching and when i have to release my tilt in lol when playing with boosted veloxum it just doesnt work on me

This headset is Absolutely Terrible. Battery life lasts less than an hour. Mic crackles randomly, randomly mutes the mic by itself. I wouldn't recommend these to my enemy.
