I gave this product a four but only because the sound was great. The wireless aspect was great when it worked but it was dying too fast to really consider it a "wireless" headset. Overall its ok

So i bought this headset in hopes that like other Logitech products I would get the bang for my buck. I was wrong, not only did the head adjuster stop functioning correctly but the headset's bugged updates has cause my headphones to produce sound at volumes much lower than max. Even when the headset is set to max. Sometimes opening the logitech Hud fixes this but, the battery is utter trash as well. With less than 6 months of use this has been the fastest breaking headset I have ever used. Don't buy even at the huge price savings compared to Astro or Corsair.

I bought two of these for my sons. I did some research and felt confident about the quality. Lucky me that I was able to take advantage of Best Buy's Black Friday event and essentially got a buy one get one free deal. Regardless, I would have paid full price. There have been zero complaints from the boys about their new headsets.

This is the cheapest headphone I could find with Dolby surround and DTS. I love the headphone, it’s great for long gaming session it is comfy. The battery might not last long if you have lights on, so I have it turned off. Usually I have a bug on microphone that even when retracted outside, the mic light shows red which means off even when it’s on. It’s an easy fix though, usually fix it by unplugging the wireless adapter and put it back in again, but gets annoying sometimes so took one star off for that, another star off because Logitech still won’t fix it.

issues with on power switch its i went through 2 units with in a three and half years. aside from that they sound great.

This headset at first was great it did have a little bit of sound feedback through the earpieces but good overall. After a day or so of using it it began to randomly shut off in the middle of using it or it would disconnect itself from the server. I would have to turn it off and turn it back in in hopes it didn’t mess up my raid at night. I would have to do this several times in an hour. The noise feedback never went away and you can constantly hear yourself breathing talking anything. It’s very distracting to use as it’s bit that noise canceling.

Loved it, long battery life 8hrs, worth getting!!!
