Unlike other wired head sets, this one was the easiest to use. It's just a matter of connecting the USB piece and turning on the head set. At first I had trouble with audio being too low during Zoom meetings, I then figured out it was that I needed to change the audio setting in the Zoom app. I like it, you may too.

Good quality for the price but don’t expect noise cancellation

Due to COVID, had to set up a temporary home office immediately and needed a headset to make and receive phone calls over the laptop. These got the job done. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wanted to be able to keep plugged in and use at the same time once when the battery was low but was unable to do so; learned it just needed to be charged more the next day to use.

Like the USB link connection, can move it around to different platforms. The head phones are light weight and comfortable.

Very easy to set up, and the sound was great. I was not impressed with the connectivity. I work from home and had to switch back to wired because my calls were choppy. Even when only a few feet from the dongle. I probably had a defective one, but otherwise it worked great.

Sound is great, I Can always manage the volume since.it is located on one of the headphone speakers. Everyone I speak to hears me well.

Great reception and easy to install, just plug and play. Very comfortable, I can hardly feel them sometime. I wear them all day for work and they allow great freedom around the office.

I bought this to use with my dictation software for writing inspection reports for my job. It integrated well with the program. I have been using it for 3 months NJ ow with no problems.

The sound is good, but the ear pads aren’t very comfortable. They’re used for virtual meetings (Zoom & Teams), and are the best option for a work computer that doesn’t allow Bluetooth connection s. The instructions don’t explain much about the product or we’re not included in the package.

nice headset easy to setup/connect just keep it charged up if it dies you will have to go through the reconnection process, not hard just annoying when you want to use them right away

Biggest issues.... When I want to use my pc speaker, I have to take the fob, which is tiny. Doesn't work with Logitech Unify, so it needs a separate wifi fob from my keyboard and mouse. I sat it down on a table to listen something on my speakers and of course left it. Went back - no sign of it. It's gone now, so the entire headset is useless. You cannot plug it in and use it. The cord is only for charging. Unless I decide to get another fob, I can't use the headphones.

Very easy to use. Last a long time between charging.

For very basic USB wireless headset this does fit the bill. But if you are going to spend extended times wearing a headset I recommend spending a little more to get something more comfortable. This has been great for 30-60 minute Zoom/Teams meetings but I wouldn't want to wear these for a marathon gaming session.

These headphones are very comfortable to wear for extended period of times. Easy to set up and easy to use. I recommend these.

This is the 3rd headset with mic, I've bought my wife. This one is comfortable with good sound and a clear mic

Audio is smooth and I hear my conversations is crystal clear quality. I paired this with my Logitech webcam.

This headset worked well for my work and other conference calls taken from my PC. I loved the convenience of the wireless capabilities.

Sometime we get interference but for the price very good headset!
