stopped working.

I received them on Feb 18th and it is May 6 today. Very disappointed. I am not blaming Best Buy because it is past their return policy. I will try Logitec for some help.

Not Happy at All with this headset.

It breaks up all the time while I listen to music and I can't put my arm up a few feet away without interference. The headset has to be constantly charged of it will quit working.

Not working in every situation I need it to work

I will most likely return it. When it does work it sounds great. When asked in the next question if I would recommend it I would have to say NO to those who would be using it in WEB-EX

I old pair started producing a ton of static and interference, so I chalked it up to being an old pair. Decided to purchase the newer versions based of the decent reviews. Unfortunately I will be returning them tomorrow. The new pair produced the same horrible static and interference. I tried various ways to plug this headset into my computer. I have tried through usb 3.0 hubs, both powered and not. I directly plugged into various usb outlets located on the computer directly, and unfortunately it still produces horrible sound. I cannot recommend these for professional/business use, unless you want your clients to think you have a dial up modem operating near you.
