Parkinson's made typing hard - Wifi headset helps!

So the sound on these headsets is okay. Not fantastic. I sit less than three feet from the small desktop machine on which I use this headset. About 1/3 of the time, I start hearing static over the connection. When that static isn't present, the sound is decent. Nice bass, okay high range. It's an inexpensive headset and the audio quality shows it. My biggest complaint is the USB microreceiver. If I turn off the headset, then come back and turn it on, I'm not hearing audio for at least five minutes afterward. Same when I turn off the headset and charge it overnight. I've tried removing the receiver and reinserting it after Windows starts back up. It's still at least five minutes before audio plays through the earpieces. I have also had to re-pair the headset to the receiver six times. So far. And counting. This is NOT something you can do out of the box. You have to download a pairing utility from Logitech. 2 of those six times required that I wait the above-mentioned five minutes before sound started working again. The wireless on these headphones is, quite bluntly, broken. Not recommended. At. All.

I read the battery only lasted 6 hours but I didn't realize how inconvenient that would be. The ear pieces are not very comfortable either.

Easy plug and play. Range is about as advertised. Volume to hear is fine, but experienced feedback when i was speaking. This is an inexpensive unit, and at some level you get what you pay for.

Never needed a head set until mandate to work from home. Can walk around house and still hear the conference call away from my desk when needed. Folds up easily for storage while traveling.

Minimum bells and whistles (only the ones we actually use), along with price match, electric and gas rebates, made this a great deal. Plus the configuration, without the center spray column made this bigger than our previous dishwasher.

I have the model above this one at work. It is more comfortable. This one was less and it works well. I have it for working at home. The only downside is comfort, which still isn't bad. Easy to use - plug and play.

I loved the fit of these headphones but I tried to use them with Skype and the sound quality made them unusable. I ended up returning these and buying the wired version which work perfectly. To be fair I have a number of wireless and bluetooth items on

Sometimes it gets staticky and really loud, for no reason. I liked the price, but I wonder if a more expensive headset would have had better call clarity!!

This is my 2nd pair, the last pair i bought was 4 years ago!! They last and endure lots of pain! LOL I am not easy on my headset, it withstands being dropped and dragged around by my dogs and grandkids.. I absolutely love them!

You won’t hear as you would with the headsets that make contact with your skin. Plus the other people always said they could t hear me all that great.

I do not get the 33' distance as noted. After about 10 feet, I get static....and there is about an 6-8 second delay as well on calls...

Need clearer volume and on/of controls to enable users to turn off and on headset and volume. Wonder if there could be an app for this. Need wireless headset for computer and for phone. Would be great if this could be used with phones which support Bluetooth.

Works great and sound was clear. only downside is can not walk to far, my Bluetooth had a longer range of moving about while on a seminar

I purchased this wireless headset because I kept braking the wires on my last two headsets. 3 years and the only problem was normal wear of the foam ear protectors, easily and inexpensively replaced. I am very happy with this headset.

It works fine but only within the room . Headset is too tight to feel comfortable on my ears . After 30 mins , ears start to hurt
