Perfect for Nintendo Switch

The headsets will not pair to the USB receiver and had to go back to my 1st headset that plug into the computer to ensure I don't have connectivity issues. For 2 days now, SINCE 3/24/21, I've had issues and could not use the headset for work. After the Logitech sent me in circles on the website just to locate HOW to reconnect the headsets to the USB receiver. I had to report that my issues wasn't resolved just for them to give me the 2 steps to try to reconnect them and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! I will be buying new headsets from Apple. I have been trying to find out how to re-pair the headsets using the Logitech website and submitted an urgent ticket that was not responded to and also informed them I needed them for work and headset issues IS NOT PAID! I hate having to use the Sony headsets that plug in so I'm more than aggravated after getting used to my freedom.

It sounds like you've been trying to get them re paired to the USB receiver without success multiple times. Please make sure your headset is charged and the USB receiver is plugged directly into a USB 2.0 port on the computer (not a 3.0 or USB hub).
