    Issue with Bluetooth Connection

    I use this with my MacBook Pro and mostly on calls for work. The connection to the bluetooth USB cuts in and out after I'm done with one call and turn the headset off before another call starts. Sometimes my MacBook takes a while to recognize the device.

    This is a pretty comfortable headset but that's where the positive comments end. Fully charged, and with my hearing aids turned up, I can barely hear anything with them.

    This headset has good sound quality-when it works. It started cutting out during the middle of phone calls with less than a month of use.

      NOTE: To perform these steps, you'll need the pairing utility. You can download the pairing utility from the Wireless Headset H600 Downloads Page.
      1)Initiate the pairing mode for your headset
      2)Download and run the pairing utility.
      3)Slide the switch on your headset to the "on" position.
      4)Press and hold the Volume up and Mute buttons together until the link LED flashes orange, then blinks green rapidly.
      5)Initiate the pairing mode for your wireless receiver
      6)Make sure your wireless receiver is connected to a USB port on your computer.
      7)When the headset is in pairing mode, click Next on the Pairing Utility page to initiate the pairing mode on the receiver.
      NOTE: If you experience any issues with the pairing steps above, in the pairing utility, click Back, disconnect the wireless receiver, then try again. You may need to follow steps 2 and 3 under Initiate the pairing mode of your headset to prepare the headset for pairing.

    Uncomfortable

    If this had the cushioning and mute button the H540 has it would be perfect. The convenience of it being wireless is negated by how uncomfortable it is. It was returned.

    Not good, old same model was good for years.

    I had this exact same headset for years. It finally gave up on the battery not holding a charge. I could not figure out how to replace the battery, so I ordered a new headset. It is not good. Cannot walk into next room and use it. Static and cutout. Received on 8/3/2020 and checked today on return policy. Said not returnable and that the return date was 8/18/2020. Well, not a very long time for warranty/return. Maybe there is some warranty for repair, but I don't see it. Not happy, but I should have taken action sooner. My bad.

    I am hard of hearing and this headset did not have the volume that permitted me to hear adequately. As a result I immediately returned item.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with the volume of your H600 headset. This can be caused by a few things; first of all, make sure the volume in your computers settings is turned up. Plugging in a new device can sometimes reset your computers internal volume settings. Next, if that doesn't work, try a different USB port. If there is something wrong with the USB port it was originally plugged into, this can be the cause of the low volume.

    These are horrible. no range at all. My computer is set up a few feet away from my kitchen and its so much static

      Hello fm95, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with static with the H600 Wireless On-Ear Headset. The wireless range for the headset is 33 feet (10 m), but that could be compromised by interference caused by other electronic devices that use a wireless signal. Another reason could be low battery. Also, make sure the wireless receiver is connected to a USB port that isn't behind any large objects---ex. a desk or desktop PC. Hope that these suggestions helped to solve the issue.     The headset worked great for a couple of days then stopped taking a charge, this is not typical for Logitech so I’m gonna give them another chance. The fabulous manager at Best Buy is replacing this item for me, thanks Drew!

    Bought for work and it would not stay connected for long periods of time. Ended up returning. Nice concept but doesn’t deliver like other Bluetooth headsets do.

    These headphones are really not that good. Can’t get reception if the adapter is in a rear USB port. Plus not comfortable. Would have returned but threw away the packaging
