    I would by something more substantive. The product was so light weight difficult maneuver, and had a three month shelf life.

    Eh. It's not great. You get what you pay for but honestly it should be like $30.

    It says it has a range of 35ft well it wouldn't clearly connect at 13ft

    Not a reliable WFH product

    Can not walk 2 ft away from PC without heavy static. Customers have issues hearing me because of static when sitting in front of computer. I have switched usb ports multiple times in attempt to correct issue. There is no correction for this headset it is just not worth purchasing.

If you haven't tried these troubleshooting tips, I would recommend starting here: Move the headset closer to your audio source — it might be out of range. Move away from other sources of wireless signal — you could be experiencing interference. Connect the headset to a USB port using the charging cable — it may not have enough battery power. Try adjusting the volume on your audio source — it might be turned up too high. If you're using the wireless receiver: Make sure it's connected to a USB port that isn't behind any large objects (ex. a desk or desktop PC). Make sure it isn't connected near other wireless receivers that could be causing interference. If you have tried these or they don't work, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim.     Terrible. Hard to pair. Finally failed.

    I actually bought one of these, returned it a week later as it stopped pairing and the same thing happened on the replacement. In reality, a manual pairing should not have been required anyway. Since it's simple wireless and not Bluetooth, far too cumbersome to go to the Logitech website and download and install a pairing tool that shouldn't have been required at all.

    Horrible call quality

    Used them for a month cause i had nothing else. My phone calls for work were horrible. Everyone would complain on background noise when they're wasn't any. It was so frustrating 8 hours of work and being told all day that they cant hear you or they hear background noise.

    Battery was dead and couldn't find replacement.

    I opened the package and tried the wireless headphones. It worked the first day; however, the next day the battery was completely dead. I opened the headphones (difficult) and checked the battery for voltage and found 0 volts. This is a really wierd look battery and I couldn't find a replacement. Unfortunately, I has discarded the packaging material and could not return it.

      Hello Venkat, thank you for sharing your experience with the H600. I'm sorry that the battery life was poor for you. It is rated at 6 hours, and you can plug it in to charge and still use the headset. I'm sorry that the voice is coming in low. If you are referring to your voice going to the individual on the other line you can adjust the position of the mic to better pick up your sound. If you are referring to the sound of the individual that you are hearing I would check the settings on your computer and make sure they are turned up as well as the on board volume control.     Poor quality. The USB cord is extremely short, you have to sit on top of your laptop when using it. And the wireless USB doesn't stay in it's storage spot in the headphones. It fell out and I can't find it. It's not bluetooth so I'm just out of luck. Don't waste your money.

    Horrible! Static, will not come on, even when they’re charged. The things almost got me fired. Calls coming in and I couldn’t answer. The few times that they did work, people saying I was cutting out. I’m really disappointed, had to buy another headset.

    I was quite disappointed in its performance when it comes to battery life. I was working with it and in 20 minutes the battery went to zero. I use a microphone and headphones for a sound recognition system and it is vital that the unit works well and long. When I applied the cord to the headset To keep it powered, it does not fit in well And it doesn't maintain contact very well.

    Specifications stated this was bluetooth. It probably is, but not with andriod phones even though Geek Squad said it would. They didn't lie, it connects for one second and then disconnects. There are no instructions telling you how to turn on the bluetooth. I had to look it up online.

      Sorry to hear about the bluetooth issue you had with the H600. Per the Logitech website, the H600 is wireless with via a USB receiver and it isn't bluetooth. (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/wireless-headset-h600?crid=36) The H800 is Bluetooth compatible and hopefully this was the headset that you purchased and mistakenly typed the wrong model number. Again, apologies for the mix-up.
