    Junk. you get what you pay for right. Reduces max volume by over 50%. could work well for your kids protection. Haven't used the Mic yet so i cant comment on that. It does work up to 35' away from my computer, and they do work just not the most comfortable.

    It hurts and it is hissing

    I bought this headset to work from home, since my Jabra one died. I have been using it since beginning of April. It hurts my head and ears after three hours of straight use. But I could bare with it, since I needed to perform my activities. But now, it is hissing a lot.

    I purchased these in early September it is now November 1st and there is heavy static. Since I work from home I am unable to take any calls because of this headset. I would not recommend these to anyone. They are worthless.

    Lots of Noise and Statics

    This headphone has continuous noise and statics. I tried it with Skype, Whatsapp, Youtube, Zoom, and just could not communicate. If I move about 6 feet from computer, it stops working. I wish Logitech would work on quality control.

      Hey there Michael, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some connectivity issues with your H600. There are a few things that can cause this; first make sure they USB is plugged in fully to your computer. Next, try to minimize the number of obstructions between you and the receiver. Finally, try a different USB port or perhaps consider using a USB extender.

    I have purchased at least 3 of these headsets and all 3 have malfunctioned. All would not charge after a short period of time. Fortunately I had the best buy warranty but this is inexcusable. I could understand one time it happens but 3 times?

    Cheap Wireless Headset

    The one that I ordered and received did not work properly. A friend of mine suggested it as a great product (he has used it for a while) but mine did not work. I did not care if it was a damaged and just returned it for a full return

    stop working, won't hold a charge, plugged in to charge for hours, went to use with bluetooth and immediately starts the bell sound of low charge --nothing held. somewhat comfortable sound okay but nothing now

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with your H600 headset. It sounds to me like the headset isn't even charging, so to confirm this, I would recommend making absolutely sure that the charger is properly inserted into the headset. If it's not, that could be why it's left plugged in for hours and doesn't seem to charge it at all.

    This headset does not recieve phonecalls and the tech I spoke on chat with said it did. So I bought 2 that are no good. They are unsused one with the box and the other one without. What doI do now?

    Would not work. Would recognize and attempt to play sound through, but nothing would come out even when sinked. Purchased as cmas present and wasnt attempted to use until 2 months later. Now i’m left with a waste of money I didn’t even get one use out of.

    We bought two pair for virtual teaching. One pair works great, the other will charge only intermittently. After struggling for a couple of weeks, I logged onto BestBuy, I'm told it's too late to return them?!?

    Like the product but it's compatible with any of Apple products. It's definitely not a true blue tooth device. It will not connect unless the usb receiver/transmitter is connected.
