Not a good headset

Not a good purchase

They are slow, too fragile, mute functions or too old school. I bought a few and was disappointed.

So Uncomfortable

Posted .Hi Alex, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the H600 Wireless Headset. If you're wanting to use headset for long periods of time that has great sound and a clear microphone for calls, I suggest using Logitech's gaming headsets. They are designed for optimal comfort for hours of use and have amazing audio. Here's a link that showcases them all  https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-audio.html. There are some that are much higher priced, but there are four models that are similarly priced as the H600---the G432, G332, G233, and G231 models. Logitech - H600 Wireless Headset - Black

Posted .Hi Mcneill1957, the H600 Wireless Headset will work with Windows 10. Please make sure that you have the provided USB receiver/dongle plugged directly into your computer. It most cases you will have to change the settings with in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms to use the headset as the audio and mic source. Don’t buy its A rip off

In regards to your first problem with it working off & on and glitching, you may need to use another USB port preferably one that is directly on your device and not a USB hub. If you are plugged directly into your device but are using a USB 3.0 port---characterized by blue coloring---then that could be why it glitches. Doesn't work as advertised

Posted .Hello Navk, I'm sorry to hear that your H600 isn't quite working properly. It sounds like you're having some connectivity issues. In order to minimize these, I would suggest trying a different USB port, making sure the USB is secured in the computer properly, and trying to minimize obstructions between the headset and the receiver, as this can cause the device to cut in and out.

Not Worth!

wireless headset

I would double check that the source you are using to charge the device is giving off enough power to fully charge the device. You can always use the device while it is plugged in as well, that would prevent it from beeping in your ear. This item didn't work well with my computer

The wireless feature never worked at all. I traded this item with a friend who was able to get it to work on his computer.

Posted .Hi Roshan, thank you for sharing your experience with the H600 headset. I'm sorry that you are experience difficulties with the connection to a computer. You shouldn't have to reconnect the device each time you want to use it. The computer should remember it as a Bluetooth connection. When using it with a webcam you may want to change your settings on your computer so that the computer uses the mic from the H600 instead of the webcam. Once you manually change the settings it should allow for a more seamless use of the two devices on a computer. I hope you are able to navigate the settings to fix the issue. Failed before a month was over

The usb piece just fell apart!
