    Good for Skype

    Good headset for use with Skype. Sound sometime dips and has to be re-paired to get it working correctly, but only when hot swapping the dongle. Construction is a little flimsy feeling. Would liked to have seen some noise canceling on either end. Still worth the investment.

    I bought this because I had my PC connected to my TV for a while and needed a wireless option. I was seated about 6 feet away with clear view of the USB dongle and it would constantly have static and lag. People on the other end would get screeching noises or would not hear me at all. I figured maybe 6 feet was too far and wouldn't work out so I took it to work to use with my IP phone. This headset can't handle being literally 2 feet from the dongle on my laptop. Constant static and connection loss even with a full charge. I couldn't even tell you about the sound quality because the connection is so poor. Bottom line, wish I had listened to other reviews about the static issues and poor quality of the headset. This thing literally drove me to go buy a new desk so I could go back to my wired setup.

    Atrocious distance, cumbersome setup

    Using the included Bluetooth adapter, the distance is very poor. After about four feet the quality begins to degrade significantly, and drops out frequently. The software for pairing does not work seamlessly, and may take several attempts. Over on a Mac it's not much better, although the pairing is easier with on-board Bluetooth. Yet the distance is still a significant issue.

    So/so. there alright, had to sent the computer off ( another $85. charge, and didn't get the reward points for the service work.

    Does not work with Microsoft Surface

    This does not work with Microsoft Surface Pro. Horrible experience with the Logitech Support team. They say "Sorry we haven't tested it with Surface Pro". For a company like Logitech, I would expect them to support their products, but no. They would not even call it defective, but for me, if it does not work with my Surface Pro, then it's defective for me, and I would like a refund. I will NOT buy a Logitech product EVER. They said their supervisor will contact me. No supervisor ever contacted. Then they start emailing me saying supervisor approved replacement, but please provide serial number, without providing any detail as to where to find serial number. After going back and forth and sending them pictures of all the model details i could find, they come back and say sorry we cannot replace. This is the most horrible company i have bought a product from. STAY AWAY from Logitech.

    Doesn't work when you turn it off and then back on

    Bottom line, I can't use it. It works fine when you first insert the USB wireless transmitter. My PC detects it, I can select it as the default sound device, mic and headphones work, everything's great. But then when I'm done, I turn the headset off because, you know, I don't see a need to waste the power. But when I turn it back on - no sound, no mic, nothing. And nothing I do gets it working again - switching the default device selection, removing and reinserting the USB transmitter, turning the headset off and then removing and reinserting the USB transmitter - nothing. Can't get it to work. My PC still detects it, but no sound or mic. So, yeah, like I said, I can't even use it. One star, probably won't buy Logitech again.

    The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because the first one I purchased was great. The current one I am using which is the same model, (I am in sales) number one, the clients are saying I sound like I am underwater. But the kicker is when I would press the mute button IT WOULD NOT MUTE. So if I put someone on mute with the headset THEY WOULD HEAR EVERYTHING I WAS SAYING. Now we all know that using these headsets when we put people on mute for various reasons. Because of this headset not muting me on the phone with a client I could be fired from my job. They are not providing me a refund.

    Unbearable Static

    I purchased this headset after my H800 headset (4 years old) stopped charging. This was the only headset in stock in the store and I needed one as soon as possible for work. After I started using, I noticed extreme static at all times, whether it was in meetings or just trying to listen to music. I had ZERO static issues with the H800. I contacted Logitech support and they were nice enough to send me a brand new headset free of charge but unfortunately even after receiving the new one, I’m having the same exact static problems. Truly poor product. I do not recommend.

      Hi, thank you for sharing your experience with the H600 headset. I'm sorry that your original H800 stopped charging and you were not able to replace it with another H800. I'm sorry that the H600 was staticky and that the replacement that Customer Support sent had the same issue.     Worked good while it lasted.

    I had the H 600 for about 3 months before it stopped working. When I called Best Buy I found out that they had a 15 day limit on returns. When I called Logitech it seemed that everything was going to be taken care of with no problem but scene then it has been another story. I couldn't find the receipt and was told that my statement would be ok. Their warranty didn't like that. I was supposed to have received a prepaid label to send the unit back and that hasn't made it either. It seems to me that someone at Logitech is doing everything they can to not send a replacement. The unit worked well and I was pleased with the freedom it gave me around my house but its only as good as the people behind it.

    Spend a little more and buy a quality item

    I purchased these, owned them for 2 days and after aprox. 15-20 hours of use the usb went completely dead.... Logitech support will do everything to blame the problem on your computer or you. I'm a computer engineering major and I know when someones trying to pull one over on me. Anyways thanks to best buys wonderful return policy I got my money back and bought a set of Creative HS-1200 wireless headphones and they haven't let me down

    Good headset... when it works

    First of all, the range is nowhere near the "33 foot" range they claim it to have. I can walk away 7 feet and it starts to break up. Not to mention the fact that after a week or so, it refused to work. It will pair with the computer, my computer recognizes it. I can hear for about 3 seconds, then it quits playing. I will be returning this and not going wireless again, even though I like the portability.

    Very flimsy, limited range

    Had these for about three months, but the socket where the mini USB plugs in to charge the headset battery was always problematic and finally a tiny connector wire in the socket broke off, RIP. Range was about 10-12 ft.

    Stopped working after 6 months

    Took a little work to get it set up the first time but it worked for about 6 months. Then suddenly just stopped pairing with the receiver at all. Basically useless as a wireless headset.

    I got these because my husband had been using the same ones for a month with no problems. They charged up fine, no problems with the headset finding the receiver. But when I try to use them, they are so staticy I can't understand what anyone is saying. And when I try to talk, all they hear is buzzing. Completely worthless.

    Battery Issues

    I had mine for 3 or 4 months and had to re-pair it couple of times and let the battery run low and it would not charge. Not worth the money and I have Logitech Keyboard and Mouse that are wireless (both work well), but the H600 is junk!

    Unifying receiver stopped working after 2 months. I tried to uninstall the hardware, and reinstall it, no go. Tried downloading a new Pairing utility, no go. I even tried installing it on another computer, no go.
