This is my 2nd Logitech remote. The first one, a Logitech 900, which is alittle more hi-tech but the Logitech-Harmony 650 is still a very good remote for our bedroom 49" Sony. It controls both the TV & Samsung M450 Sound Bar which is also very good. I bought it because I needed a controler which is back-lit. It is, but I wish it was alittle bit brighter. Otherwish, I recomend this controler, especially the reasonable price.

This remote was the best for the money I was willing to spend. Setup was a little confusing for me, especially since one original remote was missing. However, their tech team did a fantastic job of fixing the problem when I spoke with them, resolving my issues before I hung up. The remote once programmed is very smooth and user friendly. I just need to get used to the button layout to find commands more quickly.

I found this really easy to set up. My only real problem with it, is that often times it will not perform all of the actions that it is supposed to perform. What I mean by that, is when I want to watch football, I have it turn on the TV, the satellite receiver, and the audio receiver. It doesn't always work exactly as planned. Good remote for the "Black Friday" price I paid for it.

I own several Harmony's. Purchased one (the 650) for my brother-in-law recently. The set-up is pretty simple--once you've figured our your equipment model numbers and settings. After that, life is a breeze. It's great to have a single remote that controls so many activities and devices. After using a few different remotes, this one is tops in my book.

I have owed several Logitech remotes in the past and set up for this one was no different: A breeze! I love that I don't have to rely on what came with the cable box or TV. They never seem to work. This remote puts them all together and I don't have to worry about it. There is a small issue with not everything turning on, but it's minor and occurs rarely. Very happy with this.

I was glad to finally get a great deal on this remote. With a Home Theater system, TV and cable box, we had way to many remote. This remote does 95% of the things the other remotes can do. My only complaint is that you must plug to remote to a PC to make any changes to settings. I know this can't be avoided but it can be cumbersome none-the-less.

Overall a good device. Pluses: Consolodates most functions of multiple remotes into one remote. Minuses: Does not allow for complete functionality of all features available via multiple remotes. I suspect that may be the the result of the Geek Squad set up, which is an experience that left much to be desired though I suppose that's a review for another day.

Like many out there, I was constantly losing remotes or grabbing the wrong remote for the wrong device...so I opted for this Universal Remote. Price seems a little high for a remote control, but I gladly paid to eliminate the 7 or 8 remotes gracing the cushions of my couch. I am a fairly saavy tech guy, so setup wasn't terrible, but there is no way untech saavy folks are going to set this up. You have to connect to their website and assign devices, which means you need all of the model/serial info. I LOVE the quick button functions at the top, "watch tv" for instance turns on all components - when it works, or when you take the time to point it directly at the device. I would say everything works properly 6 out of 10 times. Easy part is, you hit the "help" button and it will quickly turn off or on the component that didn't work. I expected it would "learn" but so far that has not happened. The other annoying feature is having to manually select the device or component you want to adjust (volume - tv, change channel - dvr, pause movie - dvd player), if you changed something, you have to manually select the correct component and make the change. I believe there are 1000 cool things you can do with the remote and I have not scratched the surface...but I am very excited to continue trying without having to take apart my couch to find the correct remote.

Harmony remotes are easiest to program and anyone can use flawlessly. Great customizable screen and button options.

Great solution for controlling multiple items. Easy to setup online. Very happy with it. Great value.

I bought this after my roommate complained that there were too many remotes to fool with to watch TV and it was driving him bonkers.He was right. I really like it and set it up myself, but do have a bit of trouble with a couple of the buttons doing what they are supposed to. I probably need to reset those. Otherwise, works great!

We had one remote for everything in the family room. We just had to have it on our new TV in the living room too! Installation service was fabulous. The technician was super and so knowledgeable.

It was extremely easy to program and had it working in just a matter of minutes. Good value. I'm a happy customer.

I Ike being able to control many devices with one remote instead of having different ones for each device. Easier to teach my wife how to use it.

For it's price range it's a great remote. Also have a Harmony Elite. Thought I would try this for the bedroom. Works great..

We use this remote for our DVD, Cable Box, TV, and sterio that connects to the surround sound speakers. It is so easy to use and we love it!

We had a Harmony remote for a couple of years, but it died recently. I saw this one during the pre-BF sale, so I took it as an opportunity to upgrade to a better model. Set-up was pretty straightforward, and we had it working in no time. I like the color display and the different options/menus that you can toggle through. Overall, pleased with the purchase, especially on sale!

This is the 3rd Harmony remote we've purchased and the cheapest one yet. The most expensive one ($350+) turned out to be the least reliable and broke right after the warranty expired (go figure!!!). This one was simple to set up and gets the job done so we don't have four different remotes to use. Only wish it had a rechargeable base like the other ones but for the deal we got on it we can't complain - Black Friday 50% special...Would definitely recommend this product.

Remote is easy to set up for regular use. Can be a little hard to use special features, such as setting up special key to do multiple tasks, but once I found explanation on internet it now seems obvious. Much easier to set than remotes that you have to enter codes, just select you devices and your done.

I purchased the older model, which did not have a display. This one does. Great deal and i got it right away. You can add more than 5 devices i believe (i have to check as it's been a while). Also, the setup is quite straight forward compared to the traditional universal remotes. Breeze I would say. Definitely recommended for users who are using multiple devices at home.
