okay remote for the money. easy to use. good value

I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my parents. It is great to be rid of the multiple remotes. The sync between the units sometimes malfunctions, but for the most part it works great. It is easy for someone with computer experience to setup but may be a little harder for a person that is not comfortable on the computer. The instructions are helpful.

It took a while to go figure out the steps the set up all the functions, but once I got it working it all came together nicely. My problem is I have a Sony Blue Ray surround system that doesn't work well with other remotes I tried before. Even on this one I had to do some research to get the right codes. I do wish Logitech already had that info, but they don't. Now it's the only remote control I use - I can throw the other three I had before away. Love it!

We have not been fans of "universal" remotes in the past, but this one really fits the bill. Love the "help" feature that actually fixes any glitches in the different components.

My Harmony One was accidently thrown away so went to replace. Looked at Harmony Touch versus 650. Touch was 3 times the price so decided on the 650. The 650 uses 2 AA batteries which is a plus. Connection to USB to internet required new connection to myharmony.com which prevented migrating previous harmony one conversion. Setting up new devices/activities were not too difficult except for a couple of snags. I have two Dish satellite receivers on separate remote codes. Had to dig up old remote to get the second receiver to properly work on 650. Second issue was setting up favorites. Setup of favorites was similar to harmony one but when trying to find favorites on remote was not available. After reading the manual more closely, favorites were only available for watch TV. Need to setup and try again. The ergonomics of 650 is good. Nice color lcd screen but not touch so need to push buttons around the screen. This is a little dated but keeps the cost down versus harmony one/touch. Still learning to tweak the activities and adding commands to match what was done for harmony one. So far able to do most functions that I had for harmony one but with a little more steps. Overall, I would recommend this remote, especially versus the large cost difference for the harmony touch.

I like this remote but it does lack some features that I have to use my other remote for. Wish they were all on the same remote.

Wife says too much clutter on the coffee table. Solution? The Harmony 650 universal remote. I chose this model because I do not have a smart home and do not need to control more than 8 devices in my home theater. Moreover, the model 650 is rated as good as, if not better than Logitech's higher priced models. So, what's not to like? it's inexpensive, easy to program and easy to use. Try it, you'll like it.

First Harmony remote for me. Pretty easy set up online, much easier than having to input each piece of equipment into the remote. Works well almost all of the time, but you do need to point it directly at the components and hold the button for a second to get everything to work together. Overall, a very good product.

I purchased this to replace the same model that I have used successfully for the last two years. I dropped the previous model on a tile floor ... and "it ain't been quite right since." This model successfully controls my tv, my home theater system, my blue-ray, and my cable/Dr player. No problems with setup since everything was already in the Website.

I had Geek squad set up my AV system and they setup the remote. After a month or two it fell off the couch and the LCD scrreen was unviewable but the remote still worked. I got them to replace it and had to set it up myself which was relatively straightforward using my laptop and cable to the remote. PS4 is not designed yet to work with the remote yet

I bought this product for my parent for Christmas. I got tired coming over and seeing 5 remotes on the table... This remote is easy to program and use, even for my mom! A++++

This was a gift for my father in law. After set up, said he was pleased with ease of set up and thoroughly enjoys this remote.

Works well. Replaces my harmony 1100 which was just too large for use. Automatically set up my devices and did it very well too.

This works great once it's setup. I had to purchase this becasue my Comcast remote just wan't cutting it as far as being "universal". These Logitech remotes are great and the company backs their product. I've returned other remotes under warranty and they sent me the replacement without any trouble. Although they can be a bit pricey you are getting what you pay for. If you're not afraid to spend some PC time setting the thing up you wont be sorry.

I had a harmony remote years ago and hated it . This new improved technology is great. Handles all of viewing options without a problem. One remote many functions - simplicity.

This is my third Logitech remote, they are fantastic. Easy to set up and use. Controls multiple devises

We have been using remote of about a month and have no complaints. It did take of bit of effort online to get it working properly.
