I had very good experience with Logitech equipement while living in Switzerland. Therefore, when we moved to the US, we purchased the same brand and were not disappointed.

I bought this product because I needed a good universal remote to control my devices. I saw that I could program this remote to turn on/off every device needed for watching TV or watching a movie without needing to turn on each device individually. The programming was easy. All I needed to know was the brand and model number of each device and how they are used. Once this information was programmed online and sync'd everything worked fine.

Great internet set up. Easy to set up and works great. Very impressive for the price. Highly recommend!

the remote works very well and replaces all of my remotes. it is better designed than the originals and is easy to read and use. As I said the software is not easy to use with Windows 8 but it's useable. I recommend the hardware highly. I'd you are not technically inclined then programming it may be challenging. Get your kids or grandkids to do it.

Purchased to replace broken Television remote when I found out how easy it was to program I entered all my entertainment equipment quickly and now am wondering why I waited so long to purchase this remote it makes watching a DVD or just listening to music a one step process would recomend this remote to anyone that wants to simplify their life.

Great universal, replaced an older model. Reasonable price, only issue was minor problem downloading Apple compatible software.

It's a great product to put everything on one clicker. It takes time to put the information on the computer and then put it on the Sony 4K Television Set. It breaks down Net flicks and all the other series out there. It's a simple product to use and one must still watch what buttons you push. I'd highly recommend it for purchase to complement your Sony TV or any other model.

Product works well and controls all devices. Only issue I find is the navigating to home backwards when using Uverse or AppleTV.

This is an easy to use remote. Would be better if could get closed captioning directly.

Does what it says. Works well and it's even better when you get on sale for $35.

Was worried after reading some reviews that if it is not programed correctly the first time you would not be able to correct. Found that this was not the case, works great but there is a little training with keeping the remote pointed in the direction of the components till they all turn on and set. Would not hesitate to buy another Harmony remote if needed in the future. Have never had anything but good to say about these products.

This is actually the fourth one of these remotes that I have purchased. We love it! Have it for each entertainment center. Great for use with multiple gaming systems too!

We moved recently and my old Logitech 880 remote that we've had for at least 8 - 10 years was literally falling apart. We also had a second TV to set up in the new house so we bought two of these. Set-up was a breeze and they are working flawlessly. I especially like the fact that it uses normal AA batteries. The rechargeable batteries and recharging cradle in the 880 were a real pain. I love this remote!

For years my wife has had a mental block about about TV and Remote operation. The setups were easy but none could not be used without 2 remotes. The Harmony 650 solved all of that. (I bought 2 at Christmas Special at Best Buy). I no longer hear the screams from across the house to come turn the TV on. Even if she gets confused the HELP button has always automatically fixed her problem. Should have bought several of these years ago.

This remote has worked well and made it much easier to watch TV, play movies on our Blue Ray player, and to control volume on our surround sound set up and the sound bar on another TV. We actually bought two of the remotes and are very pleased. No more multi remotes sitting around to lose and to frustrate us trying to coordinate all the functions.

If you have only a few devices, I believe 6, the price point on this remote control is excellent. In one way it is easy to program but when you delve deeper into cutomized programming it is a little harder but I did get it done. It was harder for me to get the Mac to download a Micorsoft add-in than it actually is to program the remote control.

This is the second Harmony device that I have purchased. I love that it guides you on its display screen to resolve signal problems and then assists to re sync the devices.

Pretty good but it does have problems. It functions properly but it's bad on batteries and can shut off at times. Overall, it has pretty advanced capabilities that are being lowered due to those battery problems.

Extremely easy to set up. Some of the tweaking is more difficult, but the instructions really walk you through it all. If some commands do not work, the unit itself can trouble shoot and fix the issue. I am controlling a Sony X900E tv,, a Verizon FIOS Cable box, a Sony BluRay player, a Pioneer receiver, nd an older Sony CD Player.. The remote even can get to the smart apps on the tv.
