this remote control isn't bad. it doesn't work all the time but you just have to press some more buttons to fix itself.

Remote works great, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it won't fully function with my electric fireplace.

I was somewhat let down by the 600. It worked but was pretty delicate. This is much more reliable. I also like how much more flexible the configuration options are.

I love this universal remote. It is so nice to be able to turn on the components necessary for each individual action that I want to perform. Having one remote instead of 3-4 is wonderful. I had Geek Squad support to program the remote and the tech returned when I found 2 actions that were not programmed. I recommend this remote for everyone. A bonus was when I bought this on sale!

I keep coming back to the Harmony 650 for most of my friends because they don't have complex systems that require more than 8 devices. This is the best solution out there. Easy to program and even easier to use. I do the programming and hand it over to them. Great price on most days too. Will keep buying until they quit stocking them.

This is just what we were looking for. Works great. Controls all the devices.

We were using so many different remotes for all our electronics. Having everything all on one is the best and it is very user friendly. The Help option always works!

We've used a more expensive Harmony remote on another TV without concerns. We purchased this one for another room to make switching between components real easy. Although it lacks a touchscreen the Activity buttons works as they should. I particularly like the 'Help' button to walk through any troubleshooting issues. Overall, grest remote at a lower cost than other remotes.

This remote replaces a Logitech 600 on which the keypad finally succumbed to a bit of unintended abuse. Programmed it for 5 devices (Apple TV a bit complicated) in less than 15 minutes and it worked perfectly. Period. It is straightforward and has some nice features. It is particularly good for controlling the Smart TV features. I'm finally using one remote for all of my devices.

Works with all my components, and it seems to have all the functions of the original remote controls. Easy to set up—just plugged the cable into my computer and went to the website. At first use, it wouldn't turn off one of my components, but pressing the help key automatically taught the remote how to do that and it works fine now.

This remote was very reasonable at the sale price and it worked great synchronizing my Spectrum cable box, Samsung Smart TV and Definitive technology soundbar. It fixes the ridiculous shortcoming of Spectrum (Time Warner) remotes that require additional pushing of TV and CBL buttons to operate TV and cable box. With the Harmony 650, one button push turns it all on or off.

This remote may not be the most advanced option available but it does its job extremely well. Setting up activities and devices on the remote is very straight forward with a great number of devices. Logitech's software was easy to find and install (Mac or Windows). The only downside would be how the remote is limited to five devices. More devices would be nice but at the purchase price I really am not complaining.

I have exactly 5 pieces of equipment to run with this remote. Setting up on the web took a few minutes. Once I got into the swing of letting it find my equipment, it was a snap to set up. The usage scenarios work perfectly for me. One hint, get your model numbers before sitting down to program. I took pictures of the back of my TV with iPhone (for a hint if you can't easily move the equipment and need to read the back).

This remote works great and was simple to set up. It took less than 30 minutes using the Logitech website. Not all devices will go off after setup, so that is the only negative. It still is easier to manually turn off than having 5 remotes to have to keep track of.

Much easier to use than multiple remotes,and user friendly.Using in garage,may purchase another one for bedroom.

I bought this remote to combine my living room electronics and get rid of all the different remotes. I felt that it was some what easy to set up. Wasn't clear on some of the directions but eventually it worked. Like the fact that it does have a help button on the remote so if there is a problem it fixes itself and that is great.

Geek Squad set up this remote to work everything we bought - Sony 65" TV, sound bar and Blu-ray player. They did a great job and we were glad that they set it up. This remote works great. It even helps if you push a wrong button or lets say there is no sound - the remote has a display with a help feature to get you up and running. Love this remote. Thanks Geek Squad.

This is my first universal remote and it's a great one. Given how I am surrounded by all tech devices with awesome displays and smooth interfaces, this device just feels a bit dated. Functionality wise it has absolutely no issues. Configuring it on the computer is pretty straightforward as well.

This was a replacement for the previous unit (same make/model) that wouldn't work properly even after replacing the batteries. I would like it if the batteries lasted longer. When my old unit failed I looked for an alternative but there was the only thing available in the price range. The next units were at least twice as much.
