Easy to use and setup. probably the best value of any of the harmony remotes.

We received a new dvd/home theater combo for Christmas. Of course, a new remote. We have: led tv,cable box,dvd/sound system,older media player,old cassette player,old mini stereo combo. The Harmony Remote had settings available for all the devices but 1, & with computer, old remote, and instructions, no problem with setting it up too. The Harmony replaced 6 remotes without problem!

This is my 2nd Logitech Harmony Remote - The 650 is a great remote, overall. The new Web-Based UI for configuring the remote is not as flexible as the PC installed application (which would not download and install). I set the remote up for multiple devices, but was not able to program specific buttons beyond the defaults.

Overall we are happy with our purchase. It hasn't been a smooth set-up, but I'm confident that we will figure it out.

No problems setting it up and using it. Although the myHarmony software is designed for the computer illiterate.

I got this when it was on sale, and it was a good deal. After using it for a while I would pay full price for it. Set up on the internet was a breeze, but I do own a Rocketfish wireless speaker system, that the set up did not correctly map the volume settings. However it was very easy to remap these using the web app. Therefore I have now been able to retire 4 remotes and only need this one. Highly recommended!

Geek squad had to come out several times before it worked properly. Problems with new tv caused some of the problems.

I had 5 remotes that I was having to use just to really watch a movie. Now I only use 1. It was really easy to setup and simple to use. I highly recommend

I have these remotes for every tv in my house. they work perfect and have so much flexibility. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a universal remote.

Easy to set up, easy to use. I love having everything on my laptop in case I need to refresh the remote or make changes to the way it is programmed. For the person who is controlling a TV, cable box, DVD or Blu-Ray player and a sound system, this remote does it all. No reason to spend a lot more money for a more expensive remote.

After the TWC remote stopped working I bought this device. It was so easy to set up that I was shocked. The device mimics the way that the TWC remote worked (recording, DVR lists, favorites, etc) so my family didn't have to wade through an instruction manual to use it. Everyone in the family has remarked at one point about how much better this remote works than all of the junky ones from the cable company.

Had some hiccups setting up, but the Harmony software is pretty good at walking user through setup. Works well.

I built my home theater system piece-by-piece because I wanted a particular sound to match an unusually long space. As a result I have 5 different pieces of equipment and 4 different remotes... well, no more! The Logitech - Harmony 650 8-Device Universal Remote took care of that... learn all the equipments in 5 minutes without any reprogramming after 3 months, awesome!

Eats batteries like crazy. This is my fourth. Common problem with Log. Products.

This is the second one I bought and these remotes program easy if you are familiar with going online to program this remote. It even has trouble shooting right on the remote control display if something goes wrong. It fixes common issues, I use it for a tv and soundbar and blueray player. all are different brands and this remote has run everything I have tried it on.

This is the second Harmony 650 remote I've purchased and the third Harmony in total. I can configure the remote to operate all of my hardware the way I want it to, but still make it easy enough for my wife and kids to use it too. The new Harmony software is not as refined as the old application though, so be prepared. You can still use the old program, but I opted to transition.

This remote has made juggling multiple devices a breeze. I dont know why it took me so long to get it. But I am glad I have one and I got get it for a bargain.

The remote is easy to use. I would recommend having Geek Squad program the device. Well worth the money to have them do it. There are a few things on this remote that the remote for your cable and blue ray has that this won't do so for those extra features you may have to use their remotes.
