Very user friendly, easy to work, set was quick and easy

Very easy to work, even for the not so technically inclined. Setup takes a bit of playing with online but is well worth it once completed.

This was our second time to try this remote. The buttons are hard to use, to small I guess. And the remote had to be at the perfect angle to work. We finally gave up and use this one for volume, switching from dvd player to games and off and on. We went back to the satellite remote to change channels.

I bought this remote to replace an earlier model Harmony that I had used successfully for years and which finally failed. I was able to clone many of the settings from the old one, but it took a fair amount of work to get the button assignments to work. Once done, however, it is a great replacement, and a great value.

Great product. We have sound equipment. Blue ray. Satellite. All hooked up with the smart tv. So nice to have just one remote. When things do burp, just press help and this magic little thing fixes everything. I wish I had one of these for everything in life. I could not manage all this stuff without the universal remote.

I like the remote so far. The set up could not be easier and that was a huge thing. The only drawback I've noticed so far is that when I want to use the smart features of my smart TV there is no button that will directly bring up the smart menu like there is on the actual TV remote. Other than that I've been impressed

In shopping for other items I happened to ask the Geek about a remote control that would work all my components. He suggested Logitech - Harmony 650 8-device Universal Remote. He even took the time to explain the functions. Upon programing the TV, Bose, Apple TV, Satellite DVR and DVD player I was very amazed at how simple and fast everything connected to this remote!

Easy to understand and use; best I have seen and used. Would definitely recommend the purchase to my friends.

This universal remote has worked out perfectly for me. I have a Samsung flat screen and three other related devises. Initial set-up and configuration was a breeze through Logitech's on-line set-up service. I did require one call to their help desk for a minor issue after initial set-up, and their support staff was courteous and knowledgeable....resolved the issue quickly. I highly recommend this product.

Love having everything on one device. TV, BluRay, Wii and music with Bluetooth/wifi all in one remote. Best Buy set up everything quickly and works great

When setting up the remote, I had a problem getting it to talk to my computer. However after spending some time on Google, I found a tip to start the remote in "safe mode" and that did the trick! Once I got past that, the setup was a breeze and the remote does everything I want it to, all with the click of just one button!

I like the remote. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is if you go from your watch tv setup to watch a movie, it turns the tv off because it tries to turn that equipment on again, even though it's already on. Other than that, this is a great remote. Wish i would have bought one years ago.

I went from a Samsung full digital remote that I bought with my TV, 5-6 years ago to the Logitech. The ease of use and set-up were noticed immediately. If you have a 'high-tech' remote that is frustrating to use and acts up I would highly recommend this remote.

This Harmony 650 remote has saved my bacon. With the combination of DirecTV and a Bose surround sound system, the remote supplied with Bose does not perform all the functions needed for the DirecTV system. The Harmony solved all my problems and I can use it to control both those systems plus a Blue-Ray player that we have.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Our Boxer ate our other remotes and we needed a quick fix! This works great. Only complaint is it doesn't power up all components some times but by pressing HELP it steps you through the solution. Recommend to all!

Best Buy Geek Squad programmed this for me so I don't know how complicated that process was but it works great. I love having one remote for everything.

Since my old universal remote was dying, I picked this up when it was on sale. Thought it was worth a try. It was very easy to set up with the Logitech software. It works very well and controls things the way I would expect. Only thing I do not like is the activity buttons do not light up.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Logitech Harmony 650. I didn't want to have to pick up,1,2 or 3 remotes to fire up all my electronic devices. By following the simple directions that come with the unit (FYI you need to connect to a computer to complete programming, I did it at the local library). You now have just one remote to control all your devices. Works very well.

Perfect to replace my multiple devices remotes in one. Slightly time consuming to set up but worthy nevertheless.

I bought this to replace a lost BluRay remote but am using it to control my whole theater set up. The online setup is very intuitive but I was disappointed after setting up my TV, receiver, bluray and appletv that it wouldn't let me add my Wii. If not for that limitation I'd give this an excellent rating across the board.
