I have owned several Logitech remotes and,in my opinion, this one is best value for the money. It will do what 90% of people want to do. It does have the usual Logitech programming setup but if you are patient and utilize the process it will guarantee that the remote will be what you want.

I have bought a couple of these over the years. They are fantastic! Maybe not as fancy as some of the more expensive models, but they last. My boss put these things through the ringer and they just keep working. Fantastic remotes that control almost anything you throw at it.

We used a 700 model for the last 5 years also bought at Best buy. The new model works faster and better and I like that it takes regular batteries

I love this remote now that it's all set up! If you get it programmed correctly then all you have to do is select what you want to do and it turns on all the correct components for you. If one of them didn't turn on or something goes wrong you just push the help button and the remote cycles through a trouble shoot and asks you if the problem is corrected after each thing it tries. It's awesome!

I picked up this harmony 650 for my father. Originally I was looking for the harmony 600 which I personally have, but I think the 600 was discontinued. The 650 was the next step up. The LCD screen is nice and the setup is straightforward. If my 600 ever breaks I will get a 650. My father loves his and at 60 years old he has no problems using it. That should give you an idea how easy it is to use.

Great remote if you are looking for programmability and convenient functions with an entry level price

This universal remote is working just great. It handles all my components. The only hiccup is it takes time for it to handle all the components. If someone walks between the remote and tv when it's doing its thing, it throws the remote off. It will fix itself with the help button though.

I have a TV, Blu-Ray Player, Roku, Cable Box and Sound Bar system. I was able to get them all to work with this one remote. You program it with the a computer (of which admittedly the software is a somewhat cumbersome) and set up the specifics you want. Make sure all devices are in view of the remote and it does the job. For the price it was well worth it.

I was sick of using 4 different remotes every time i watched tv so I bought this. Does what it says it will. If you have issues with it not working correctly you check the repeat settings. Mine was set default to try 3 times so it was turning it off on and off again. After that no problems

You can control 8 yes 8 products with just 1 remote. It's so convenient, and you don't have to keep track of so many remotes...just one. Great buy.

We have had Harmony remotes for about 15 years. Our old remote died and needed a replacement. The 650 was easy to program...the program actually took all the info from our old remote and transferred it to the 650! Done in about 5 minutes. We were also able to discontinue use of the COX Cable remote (the old 1000 didn't have enough control for some cable commands)!

i love the way you setup this remote! no more looking for setup codes. i like the watch t.v./movie/listen to music functions, easy to switch between devices. Could have been built a little stronger i am easy on my devices but a couple of drops or losing in the cushions a few to many times could break this device.

Logitech's data base of devices is excellent. This model can only control 5 devices which is a bare minimum but the next Logitech model is too big a step money wise especially since this was a Black Friday special, 50% off. It works well within its limitations and I am still learning all that I can do with it.

Like the idea of using one remote for everything. It really does have a brain. Had a problem after using for a few days in that DVD and streaming were not responding. Geek Squad came to assist and all they needed to do was disconnect and reconnect the power (essentially re-botting) on DVD and it worked.

This remote works great and I was very impressed with the setup. It worked perfectly on the first try.

I bought this to replace my old 650 which had been slowly failing - button presses not being acknowledged. It takes a bit of work to set up this up, but that's mostly a one and one thing. I currently have it control a TV, cable box, Blu-Ray player, an AVR which it does capabily.

I run my TV through my Xbox One and have a separate sound bar. I wanted a remote that would turn everything on, including my Xbox and DVR. I hated having multiple remotes and then turning on the Xbox. This one did the job! I'm techie so setting it up was no problem. Now I use one remote and can keep my Xbox controller on the charger. Very convenient.

For $50 or so you can not do wrong with this remote, it could be easier to program but overall works well.

This is a great remote, setup for all my components was easy. The online guide was simple to follow. I originally bought this remote for the bedroom. I liked it so much I bought a second one the next day for the TV room which has a lot more components and it works perfectly.
