We returned the remote as the tv remote was very easy to use and felt we did not need this universal.

Does everything it’s designed to do. Super easy setup.

Nothing like my old "ONE" on which I broke the touch screen however, this one is working very nice.

I like this remote but the macro buttons don't always work. Programmed the unit to turn on the tv and A/V receiver but that doesn't always work. Teaching my family how to use it even more difficult. I bought this as a replacement for our Vizio wifi remote because I thought it would be a better solution. I am still on the fence as to was it a better option.

Purchased the remote on sale, my father has the more expensive one and it controls everything so I went for this one, I like that it uses batteries and doesn't have to be on a charging station. I had the geek squad come out and set it up since it was free. I though they did a good job until I tried the watch a blu-ray... it turned on the blu-ray devide but put my tv on the wrong input (problem 1). This was after they left and a few days later. While they were here they told me that my soundbar was not compatible with the remote since it was a newer soundbar. This was upsetting as I still need my soundbar remote to turn on sound. The geek squad also failed to realize my tv was a 3dtv until I told them at which point they questioned me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Finally they programmed a 3d button on the remote. Overall, I'm satisfied with the remote but not satisfied with the Geek Squad. My advice, use them for a bigger job, mounting, stereos, etc. Set up the remote yourself, the logitech website has good instructions and great customer service.

Best remote I ever had , easy setup, works great with my smart tv.

I purchased this to replace my last generation symphony that lasted about 8 years and multiple drops to the floor. It was a bit difficult to get it updated with our program from old gen to next but once done it works similarly to the last one. Nice shape to hold. I have no idea about battery life yet as the old unit was 4 and this one is only 2 batteries.

Great product. The only hitch was my Jamo sound bar, which wasn't listed.. Harmony customer service walked me through it. It was a Piece of cake.

I'm a big proponent of Logitech remotes for anyone with multiple devices in their home theater. Unlike Harmony Home hub which you can set up on your phone, setting up the 650 does require a computer and some knowledge of your setup (i.e. what inputs what devices are plugged into, and model numbers of your devices). Most people will have an idea of what's what if they're the one to buy and set up their devices, but I still recommend taking some notes as to what the model numbers of your components are and what input, etc. they're plugged into. The setup is pretty intuitive once you download the Harmony desktop application you just have to create an account first. But I promise you, whatever headache you think it is to set up, it's worth it. Pressing one button to turn on your receiver, TV and Blu-Ray player is awesome.

We have had problems with the remote from the day that we purchased the Sharp tv from Best Buy. Before I could get my husband to return the tv our 30 days had expired. We have purchased 2 different remotes and neither have helped the problem. The remote with the tv is impossible. I'm sure the remote is fine, it's just the remote that came with the tv

Super easy to set up and use. I like that it turns all devices on simultaneously by touching only one button. Sometimes the devices (amp, DVR, DVD) change position on the screen which is annoying, and my reason for only 4 stars, but would still recommend purchasing.

I love just having one remote for all my entertainment devices. It took some time to set up (have to create an account and enter all the device model numbers on your computer) but once set up is done it’s fantastic! Haven’t had an major issues and it’s been great to have just one remote to control everything!

Works well so far, but feels a little delicate for my liking. Would prefer something a little more rugged as remotes take a lot of abuse in our house during football season. Online setup was smooth and simple. Works with all my devices. Can do most of the function, but still keep my other remotes nearby.

The remote allows the user to control all the components with one devise. The control buttons are easy to understand. When technical adjustments are needed, the remote help screen asks you basic questions to which you respond yes or no and the issues are resolved within the system. When it's time to change the batteries, all the settings remain in the memory. Nothing is lost.

Bought one for living room and one for master. Very easy to set up and operate, it asks the questions and you just answer, for both setup and use. Small screen helps with any problems of devices. Haven't set up any special features yet, as in seeing if i can make do the smart tv button on my samsung. Bought this at half price before Christmas. Can't speak about durability yet.

this handles all the devices in my bedroom. easy to program but requires going on their website. have to pint directly at the devices and there is sometimes a delay but it gets the job done without having 5 remotes

This device does a great job of controlling 5 devices. It's ease of programming via computer to internet connection is quick and easy. It accurately processes complex commands by use of the help button. Just to be clear, this device only controls 5 devices, not the 8 that they have in the listing.

I definitely like being able to connect this remote to the computer to add and make changes. It can be complicated at times, but the onboard help button usually fixes any issues. I have bought a few of these (puppies liked them) and will continue use this brand.
