This device does a great job of controlling 5 devices. It's ease of programming via computer to internet connection is quick and easy. It accurately processes complex commands by use of the help button. Just to be clear, this device only controls 5 devices, not the 8 that they have in the listing.

Too many buttons. Works as advertised and but does not allow you to control Polk audio speaker.

Having a remote with the screen makes it so much easier to access the item you want to control. Not a bad price either. Love the activity mode.

I got a great price on this remote, Logitech reputation played a big part, i had high hopes it would fulfill my expectations. BUT...buttons all feel the same; they are poorly lit; most actions are covered, but not the most convenient ones.(my Dish DVR has split screen, and their remote has one touch to swap screens, this one takes three steps.) It combines all the remotes, but it gets frustrating pressing the wrong buttons; so you have to look to find the right button; and worst of all-the batteries only last about one month.

Hardest part of getting this remote working was getting it out of the plastic wrapping. Plugged it into computer, plugged in model numbers and had it working in less than an hour. Now the cable, tv, DVDs, and stereo remotes are packed away. Even wife can use and not have to figure out how to change the tv input since it was programmed intro the remote

Our local cable company just switch to fiber optic cable and internet. And we had to have a DVR box. I wanted only one remote to control it and the other video and audio devices. This worked out very well. It was easy to setup. I had a older version of this remote in the past and I had good luck with it.

Thiw is a great remote which stores all the informatiion on your computer allowing future changes to this remote. The remote has a built-in help button which allows you to correct any issues while changing channels, turning on or off, etc. A great remote at an attractive price.

I have two Harmony remotes, the Harmony One from several years ago and this 650. This entry-level model has everything you need to have a moderately complex theater setup (with half a dozen components, if you have more than that try one of the more expensive Harmonys.) The web setup for the remote is much nicer than the old software based system.

I'm using this remote to control a TV, a Blu-Ray player, and an HTPC. Setting up each device was easy for the most part. It took a few tries searching to find the correct device to set up for my HTPC (Windows Media Center). Once the initial setup is done, it works like a charm, controlling the correct devices based on which activity is chosen (Watch TV, Watch a Movie, etc).

I had to purchase another one of these remotes due to the first one being dropped in a bucket of water, (long story) This remote is not only easy to program by connecting it to your computer but very easy to use. And as it turns out very durable. After allowing the old one to dry out for a few days it works again so now i have a spare.

This is an upgrade to an older remote with a newer TV. The display is bright and easy to read.

Great product very easy to use very lite weight very nice looking easy to use easy to look at easy to hold. Directions very clear and easy to read. A must have for any tv enthusiast makes changing channels and controlling every item you have to control on your entertainment set very easy. Just one controller controls all your entire system.

I have had this remote for about 3 months and really like it. It serves the purpose I purchased it for. The Logitech support were great with one problem I had getting the remote set up as I have several electronics that needed programed. They had me up and running in not time. So nice not to have to use several remotes to access my TV, DVD player, and other devices..

Very simple to program and use. I was afraid it would be difficult, but it's very user friendly.

My parents have acquired many 2nd hand gadgets and have a cobbled together home theater system. This remote is easy to setup out of the box and after sitting down with a 1 time setup and design with the parents it controls all their devices as they expect it would. Plus with AA's you don't have to worry about leaving it off the charging cradle!

Programming is cumbersome since it’s software based but once you get everything setup, it’s so nice to have one remote for everything. I wish it didn’t power off everything when it switches functions by default but that may be configurable.

I would recommend this device to my friends for ease of set up and use for controlling the devices attached to my entertainment system. It offers long term usages without replacing batteries. The most important part of this device is the easy of use. It controls 4 attached devices to the entertainment center such as DVR, Sound Blue Ray and TV.

I love harmony remotes and can't imagine ever being with out one. When you take the time to set it up properly (which the software does most all of the work) you can push one button to turn on your entire home entertainment center and have it ready to watch a movie, play a game or even watch tv.

It is sort of complicated to set it up. Once it is done, it works Ok. It is good for smart TV.

This is a great remote and designed well. However, do not buy this remote if you have more than 5 devices to control as it will not work for you! Logitechs more expensive remotes will control more devices but at a staggering cost, so this is great for the money and if you only have a few devices.
