Works great. As with all remotes of this type, the only thing to remember is to hold the device to the receiver until done. Had to remind other family members who would just press the button and put down. In those cases, the help buttons work perfectly at resolving devices that didn't set up correctly. It even works with my Nexbox!

High quality remote. Easy to program. This remote will replace all the other remotes. Programming is easy with your computer and only takes a few minutes. My only complaint is that it misses a step from time to time. The help feature will correct it, just extra steps and sometimes frustrating.

I bought this remote control in order to eliminate the use of several remote controls. It works very well, but requires programming.

Bought this remote for the basement TV and love it. All the bells a whistles of the Harmony One but without the breakable touchscreen.

This is a basic Logitech remote & for most folks gives the best bang for the buck - watch TV, Watch a movie, listen to music. Handles all basic functions associated with a basic home theater system - for higher end system just move up the Logitech food chain. $ for $ you can’t beat this remote!

While not perfect, this remote has been my best option compared to other remotes. Easy to set up bur sometimes buttons not as responsive as could be; however it is a better experience for me than the Harmony Ultimate and the Caavo.

I've owned several Harmony remotes and will not use any others. They always operate my devices, no matter the brand. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the buttons on this model are stiff and hard to push. Takes a few tries to key in channels.

Bought this item but returned it as the 700 model went on sale. Both models have the same programability which I love. It works very well, but the 700 model's keys are back lit. This model would be amazing at the price it is, just like the back lit feature better.

In spite of the time-consuming set-up on the computer, once it's done correctly, it is so nice to hit one button and all the needed electronics turn on for a given function; e.g. watching TV (TV, Satelite receiver, stereo). It's great to not have three or four remotes to turn things on.

This remote is pretty easy to set up and use. Had one before and lost it so it's my second one if that tells you anything. I wouldn't buy it again if it was a piece of junk. Only thing I don't like is that I have to push more buttons than I'd like to to get to my DVR.

We had 2 remotes but the remotes were tempermental. Wouldn't work and then went too fast. This remote is reponsive and accurate. My husband bought it for me for Christmas but he has stolen it back. Often says that he loves it. Only downside is it could be easier to read and the main select button is tiny. Not ideal for old people.

This is my second harmony remote. The first one I got about 5 years ago. It was very hard for me to program. I still had my dvd player I could not get programed with it. I saw this online on Black Friday sales and decided to try it. I got it programed all by myself in no time at all even my dvd player. I had no problems at all!! I LOVE it. If I can program it any one can.

Misplaced the first one moving... This remote handles my TV, sound bar, and Apple TV without any issue. The programming on the computer is easy and then just point it towards the devices. Work as advertised and unless you need fancy display and touch screen it is probably enough to handle most of your needs for one remote!

This control does simplify somewhat my life with regard to my controlling my two game consoles, television and soundbar. That said, it really is a tease since there is so much potential that is not realized in this particular product. I find that it often needs to be fussed with as one item or another, usually the cable box, refuses to come on with everything else. Worse, you have most functions in one control except that you need to constantly shift screens in order to adjust and fine tune things. For example, if you need to lower the volume, you need to go to the appropriate screen to switch from looking at the tv guide or game console. I expect great things as someone figures out that this technology can be simplified a great deal more.

As easy to use as a Harmony One but much easier to setup. Buttons are backlit and motion sensors turn them on. No charging required.

I love this remote. The setup is so easy and it works with all of my devices. I currently have it controlling, TV, Cable box, Sound system, Blu-ray player and Apple TV. Set up is a breeze, you plug it directly into a PC and use the Logitech software for configuration. If there is a custom piece of configuration then you can add it yourself. Highly recommended!!

Love the remote. It was such a pain having several remotes after buying an expensive smart TV and soundbar --- didn't realize I would have to have a remote for both of those devices, plus my DVD and others. This remote eliminated all of the extra ones --- wonderful. Works great for all my devices. Easy to program, easy to use.
