Excellent universal remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did my research online and found this to be the best universal remote fro the price point . So I went ahead pulled the trigger and made the puchase and haven't looked back! I love the ease of just pushing one button and all the pieces of my entertainment center come on and switch to the appropriate inputs! Would definitely buy again.

It is a good control remote .
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this remote control. It has it down but I do not have to deal with 3 remotes now. I wish the OK button and the UP and DOWN arrows were bigger but it is what it is. I do recommend this remote control. It control any device that other control can not.

Good remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I came to the store because I wanted to add more devices to an older TV. I'm able to control my TV, Blu Ray and Apple TV without a problem. Please note you will need a computer to setup this remote. The software is pretty straight forward. It also has four programmable buttons which were important to me. I have an older TV that's energy mode takes a while to turn on. I often have to send the proper input to the TV to get it to work. I assigned that to one of the buttons and has made life much easier.

More than I expected for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for a good universal remote to handle my numerous devices including an obscure no name brand hdmi switcher. I was ready to pay close $200 and maybe more because I wanted it all in one remote and I wanted to be able to have a babysitter or other visiting person be able to control my array of devices without having to remember some complicated instructions. This device was only about $60 and did everything I needed (except that I have 6 devices and it only controls 5, but to go up to 6 devices was more of a jump in price than I felt like paying and I figured I could live with controlling one device, my AppleTV is what I picked, from the original remote, since I don't use it a lot anyway). The set-up program was a dream and the list of devices included my obscure HDMI switcher and every other device that I had. For set up you plug it in to your computer with the provided usb cable, and their website walks you through a really nice and intuitive set-up process. The remote knows what devices are on so that if you go to switch to blu-ray while other devices are on, it leaves them on, but if you pressed the same blu-ray button while the TV and amplifier were off, it knows they need to be turned on. So it's really cool and better than any other remote I have had.

Awesome Universal Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second so you know I must like it. (not a replacement, an addition for another room) What do I like? It is easily programmed (via a laptop) and really does appear to be universal. Device not in the database? Fine, if you have the original remote we can just learn from it. Need to change something? No problem just go back to the laptop. You can accept Logitech's configuration or customize every button to your liking. The best addition to a home entertainment system you can get for the money.

Easy Solution for me but can be challenge for some
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitated to get this at first due to the cost. Who buys a remote control for over $70?. Well, most reviewers said it's worth getting it, so I tried. I have various brands equipments. 55" LG 3D LED TV, Onkyo 5.1 Receiver, Comcast cable box, Panasonic DVD & Sony 3D Bluray. Well, the setup was easy. If you know how to browse internet & connect usb port, you're half way there. What about controlling all my equipments? That depends on how much user knows. It has all the buttons/functions from each original remote, however, to get to what you're looking for can be challenge for some others. For example, my mom can easily turn on whatever she wants to watch & change channels or volumns, but it gets pretty challenge if she wants to watch them in 3D or setup some audio setting on the receiver, etc. For those who are familiar w/ high tech/gadget, it's really worth it. Now, it's nice to have only 1 remote in my living room, what would I do w/ 5 original remotes?

Improper Installation by Geek Squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.II had used an earlier version Harmony for years with no difficulty. This unit, however is often problematic in that, for example, I am able to access a configuration such as required to watch a Blu-ray DVD, but I can't turn it off without manually shutting off each associated device. Not all operating modes of my TV modem are available via the Harmony; therefore, I always need all remotes available.

Life changing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband and I had a remote for the TV, blu Ray, audio system, and Apple TV. And we literally had to have every single one of them. Even the TV and blu Ray remotes which were the same brand wouldn't work each other. I tried several generic universal remotes before biting the bullet and getting this one. Took no time to set up and has made life so much easier. Just a tip though, search around online for a price match before purchasing. I took a printout to best buy and saved a good chunk.

Connected to Everything
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new remote for my smart tv in our living room because the remote that came with the tv killed batteries quick and had very bad reception across the room. I decided to get a universal remote to connect to the home theater stereo and blue ray player. My home theater system is about 10-15 years old and was surprised when setting up the device that I found the correct system for setup. Being a first timer with a "hi-tech" universal remote, I found it fairly easy to set up.

Great remote-little fragile
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second remote. Love the functions and how easy it is to program. First remote fell off the couch onto wood floor and stopped working. I was suprise cause it wasn't very high but remote screen went out and it got really warm. But we loved the remote so bought second one, just be careful with it and you will enjoy the functionality for the cost. I bought one for my parents!

A good remote control for multiple devices
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote has lots of features for a relatively low price. It is a good remote control for multiple devices. For example, with a press of one button, I can switch the TV to the Apple TV's input and at the same time switch my A/V receiver's audio input to use the Apple TV's sound. It also enables the user to turn everything (TV, A/V receiver, cable box) on or off with one button. Logitech's web site allows the user to program the remote online, by plugging it into a computer.
