While it isn't fancy, it does everything that Harmony remotes have been known for. Easy setup and works with any device you can find.

I bought this remote to replace a previous Logitech remote that was not supported any longer. Well I can say I was not disappointed with the new one. It was very easy to set-up and has worked just as well if not better than the previous one. I also like that I can use the number buttons a lot easier than the previous one.

We no longer need a messy pile of remotes on the table, this 8 device universal remote totally takes care of that!

This universal remote is perfect for consolidating all your remotes into one easy to use device. Very responsive and easy to setup. Took us just 5 minutes to find all our entertainment devices and add them to the remote. Then we got to put away the 4 remotes we were using everyday. The activity buttons were also simple to setup.

I really wanted to like this remote. I spent a good amount of time trying to get everything set up and finally got everything configured to my liking. The issue was the remote would only work on occasion. It was way to inconsistent for the amount of money it costs.

The Harmony 650 carries on the good design qualities of the previous remotes rather than the odd weight distribution of the higher priced current models. The web application set-up is much easier than the old Harmony software. Very solid build and the button placement is easy to use.

Bought this to replace an older Harmony that some of the buttons stopped working. Was able to transfer the program from the the old Harmony to this Harmony using the Logitech software without any problems. Other than a small learning curve using the new layout this Harmony works great and am very happy. Highly recommend this remote!

At first, very happy with the product. After several weeks of use, I'm experiencing reprogramming needs almost every time. I haven't taken time to research or contact support. I would happily give 5 stars if the initial programming would stay in place.

This is an amazing remote. It handles all of my electronic devices but it isn't very durable. I dropped this once and the screen cracked. After 6 months I had to return it back and use my black tie. This happened 4 times now. I still use it due to the fact how easy it is to use.

Did not think a universal remote would be this feature rich. I got this as part of an installation of an existing TV system with a DVD player and a cable box (all different brands) when I moved. The installation technician programmed the remote, but I saw how easy it was to use the online programming capability. Worth every penny.

Had to call in to product customer support to get all the things I needed sinked up to the remote. There are still issues when flipping between tv and roku and DVDs. You need to have line of sight with the units sensor for it to work properly. Sometimes a little inconvenient, but slightly better than using 4 different remotes.

Well made TV remote, does most of what I expected it to do. Maybe a bit pricey though.

I have a Samsung HDTV, an old Sony surround sound audio system, and a FIos set top box. This remote handles them all. It has a button to push to turn on everything to watch TV, another for playing a DVD, and another for listening to music. And one button to turn it all off, as well as most of the buttons on my Fios remote.

Nice remote. Only wish it would read receivers thru cabinet door like the dish tv remotes.

Nice to have one remote to control the television, bluray player, and sound bar. We purchased this remote to replace the LG wand.

It works as advertised, replacing remotes for a roku + tv + soundbar + blu-ray player. Now that I use it, I'm too spoiled and can't go back to the old way. I wish it would set a sleep timer for all the devices, but using the tv sleep timer works like it did before. Can't really dock a star for such a minor problem.

This is the third Harmony remote that we have purchased. The first one wore out after several years, the second one wound up being submersed in salt water. So for all practical purposes, this is an excellent universal remote. I would highly recommend this remote to anyone that is looking for a universal remote. Very user friendly.

I use these in every room that has a tv. I have for a few years. Though they create new ones, these are by far he best and the most cost efficient by at least $100. Very easy to program through the Logitech app. Very easy to use. Bought two for my parents as well. Definitely the best all around universal.

I have had more than one ticket on line and called twice. My computer and remote do not always acknowledge each other for syncing. I am attempting to re sync them and it will tell me to plug in my remote when I already have. I sometimes have to disconnect it 5-8 times before software will know it. Then once it knows it is there, I click the sync button and again, nothing. Like the sync button has not understood I pushed it OR it is not even lite up so I can push it. I have un installed and reinstalled it on my computer. Problem. I use the "all off" button and I will wake up to my TV being on again. I have to use the device button then power off command for my tv to not have the TV turn on in the middle of the night spontaneously. Batteries burn out in about a month. I have been instructed to reboot my remote in a "safe" mode and see how that works. It doesn't. I have had this remote for about 5 months and I Have had to change the batteries like 4 times. Unless batteries only last for one month.... only i am think that is not right. I don't watch tv that much and i don't have the back light set for like 6 hours. Maybe its partly because it randomly is turning my tv off and on ??? Or maybe its just a bad remote? I called support and I spent like 47 minutes on the phone to get my first issues fixed. That feels excessive, If I had a man I would not speak with him on the phone that long. Once I was done with my 47 minute conversation/hold time, I have emailed and been through "try this and try that." again not working. I have had a remote for 5 ish months and the whole time I have had it I have hated it. I have a remote, also, that wont keep commands. Re-sync it? LOL OK, good luck! I HATE THIS REMOTE!

This remote is easy to learn and use. It's "help" button and easy-to-read screen makes switching viewing modes as easy as possible.
