My only beef about this remote is that when you drop it, it resets itself. So you have to go through a bunch of "learning" steps all over again. With two kids in the house, it gets dropped a lot, and they don't have the patience to go through the steps.

This is my second Harmony 650 remote and will get another if catch it on sale. It's easy to setup as long as you have the model numbers, inputs, and a computer/laptop. The best thing besides not having 4-remotes I can hit one button to watch TV, movies, or listen to music.

Logitech makes good equipment. This model is great for a basic home theater set-up, but is limiting to the number of devices it can control. If you have a lot of devices to control, this may not be the remote for you. It has proven to be reliable and easy to use, once set up.

Remote is good for the price I paid. Regular price is far too high for what the remote does. While one might expect a little performance degradation as the batteries lose their charge, having to press buttons multiple times to do what you want done is what lost it a point.

I currently have the remote set up for four devices: TV, Audio Receiver, Apple TV, and Direct TV. Follow the instructions to obtain the proper identification of your devices, select your devices from a designated Logitech web site, synch your selections with the remote and voila, you should be good to go.

I bought this remote after I ditched cable to operate my limited home entertainment system (TV, sound bar, Blu-Ray, and Xbox 360). The remote operates all of them flawlessly. Set-up was easy with the downloaded software and functions were easy to program. No more having 3 separate remotes on the end table. Highly recommend this product.

I gave one of these remote controls to my parents because they are not tech savvy with their home theater and always call me to "fix" their system. This remote is so easy to use even they can control their home theater without my help so I got one for me and I love it. The best universal remote I've ever owned.

Great remote and does all my components including my apple TV . nice backlight on the buttons , I like the features including "activities" where you can bring on 2 or 3 components at once such as "watch a movie". TV , amp and blue ray player will come up for example. Only thing I do not like is the remote sometimes forgets a component when turning all off. Logitech has a help feature to press and it will rescan and fix. Other than that I would recommend this remote . it programs via USB into the remote through software in your PC or Mac. Pretty cool and is capable of some neat customizable features. I know Logitech make some other remotes that are more expensive that works with iPhone etc....I like this because its always nearby and I don't have to go look for the dumb phone to control it + this remote runs on 2 AA batteries . a little on the pricy side but a nice solution to getting rid of the remote gang on the table !!

It works most of time and when it doesn't it's usually because the buttons are really small. I don't use 75% of the buttons. But, because it's a well-known remote it has pretty good support. We went with it on the advice of the Geek Squad techs.

I'd never needed a universal remote until I purchased a new Sony TV, Sony sound bar and a 4K UHD HDR blu-ray player. This one is just enough for what I need, without any extra bells and whistles that I wouldn't use. The initial set-up went fine. Just read the manual and other instructions and you should be using the remote in just a few minutes using the MyHarmony application. When you use the software, you set up activities and it will power on only the devices you need for that activity. It's very customize-able and easy to add or take away actions. I've only had it for a few weeks and am still learning all the things it is capable of. We use this to control a TV, Cable box, blu-ray player and sound bar. With just a click of a single button you can change between watching cable TV, to listening to music stored on a computer or server, to watching a movie on the blu-ray, to streaming video on Android TV or other streaming service. There is a help button that you can use if any of the devices don't power up or turn off when you switch between activities.

If I'd known about this remote I would have had one years ago. Fantastic remote.

Does everything from my TV, DVD player to my air conditioner! Very easy and simple to use. Really glad I made the purchase.

I reluctantly bought this remote for half price on Black Friday as my husband wanted it very bad. I thought it would be a lame gift but as it turns out, he absolutely loves it. It didn't take him long to get set up either. We have an old harmony remote that is kind of large and clunky but this one is much more sleek and has a much nicer look

We love the remote! It is practical, fast to set up, and easy to use thereafter. If I didn't have my techy-friendly husband, I may not have been as easily persuaded to try it because one has to sync the remotes (i.e. apple tv, sound bar, tv, etc) to it through a computer, but it was worth it! And my husband had it up and running in no time.

I would recommend this service and logic remote if you were upgrading a TV, Rceiver, and DVD player. The service to program the remote is pricey and not worth the price to buy the remote alone. The technician that programmed my remote was awesome.

We bought a hi-tech smart TV and knew we would need this to operate all of the devices without multiple remotes and lots of confusion. It is so easy to use that no one in the family has had any trouble and we wish we had gotten this type of remote years ago! If you have lots of devices to interconnect, buy this remote, you won't regret it!!!

This is a really great product. Once it is programmed you can change between watching shows and movies to playing CDs or watching DVDs all by pressing a single button. All units can be turned off by pressing a single button. When selected all your individual sources can be controlled with this one remote. It is slick!

I bought it to replace the remote for WD Media player. At beginning I did not think it will work. However, after following manual guide, the setting is so simple and it works great. I will buy use logitich remote in the future in case TV or any device's remote gets broken.

We love the "Watch TV" feature except if one of the machines was left on then the remote will turn it off. It would be nice if the remote could sense that the DVR was already on. Other than that it was very easy to set up an made our TV system so much easier to use

It's not as fancy as the top line Harmony remotes but this one gets the job done. i like the fact that it uses AA batteries which are replaceable. The Harmony database is quite extensive and all my devices are covered. You can't go wrong with this...
