I had an older model that one of the keys finally quit working. This remote has a way better layout and was easy to setup. I like that this one has the colored LCD display and the lighted keys make it easy to navigate in dim lighting.

This remote is one of the best you can buy. It has multiple functions and it's what anyone can ask for. Great product.

Easy to set up easy to use but it does eat batteries

I was looking for a remote that would control my HDMI expansion port, my comcast dvr, my Sony blu Ray, my apple TV, AND my klipsch soundbar. The remote was easy to set up, and so far has been a breeze to use. The remote is almost too smart for me! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to consolidate remote controls.

Setup was easier than I expected and the ease of use is nice. When devices don't turn on, it can be fixed with a couple pushes of the buttons and it will guide you through what isn't on and resolve it. Good battery life and highly recommended.

Easy set up with their web site. Great for complex or simple set ups. I dropped my working six year old remote and broke the LCD display so this is my second Harmony remote. New and improved switchless backlight, turns on when you move the remote turns off automatically per your adjustment in the setup.

Somewhat confusing as to what button controls what - but OVERALL good product

It has troubles when trying to use it on 3 programed devices. I has trouble remembering what to do with certain devices. It usually corrects itself with the "help" button" but sometimes all devices do not get fixed . Works very good when using 2 devices.

We have a lot of TVs and entertainment systems in our house (5 of them to be exact). At a minimum, each TV has a cable box and Apple TV. 2 of the TVs have soundbars and 2 have full surround systems with receivers. Given the complexity of each TV - having to switch HDMI ports, activating the appropriate sound bar / soundsystem, etc. - I have put one of these remote controls with each TV. This way, family and guests, only need to know how to press the "Play TV" or "Play Movie" switch to get that TV to work for them. The only disadvantage to note is that it does not work with Apple TV 4, since it has switched to Bluetooth remote. It still supports the ATV 4; however, some apps (like Vevo) have commands that can only be accessed through the ATV remote. Similarly, Siri is only accessible through the ATV remote.

The Logitech Harmony you can program TV then you can get into the Cable to watch Netflix Amazon ECT. Then you can go right into DVD and watch a great movie and last if you still have a VCR player you can watch a movie, I have 3 Logitech Harmony and If I get another TV I get the Logitech Harmony.

Purchased to relace fathers older harmony remote. Was very easy to program, as it just loaded devices and sequencies from previous remote. Only needed a couple updates to sequencing. Only took about 5 minutes total and wa sup and running.

They want to sell expensive all inclusive remote controls. I don't have any part of my equipment behind a cabinet door; therefore I'm able to use this remote just fine. I recommend having the Geek Squad program and set the remote up with all of your equipment. It's much easier to work the remote.

The Harmony universal remote is great for the price. It is fairly easy to program and use. It is much better than the Harmony 550 it replaced. It is not much larger than my cable remote. It fits well in the hand, The only con is that it has a plastic case making it feel a little on the cheap side.

I was looking for a remote I could use with the Roku. It does the trick, the only thing you have to remember is to keep it pointed at the device you're trying to control long enough for it to work period very easy to program online.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to program my Sony 5.1 Audio - Video Receiver as it has to be at Least 17 years old. It has been relatively easy to adapt to after several uses. It would be helpful if Direct TV was an included option.

This is a multifunction remote with many features. However you really need to down load the manual to understand how to se it up. I also had to call their help line for instructions. That being said ,once set up it is a great remote.

The setup was a little bit of a pain, but it works great since I got it setup.

Life is so much easier now that I have just one remote to worry about. Easy to use and all at the touch of a button.

We received this remote a year ago. This past Christmas I purchase two of them for gifts! The remote is very smile to set up and use! I have three kids, 2 of which are very small, that have thrown this remote and nothing had happened to it! So, for the price, durability, and ease of use, I would recommend the remote to anyone!
