Simple to use, "help" feature a life saver. Best remote I've ever used.

Once set up easy to use. Need to gather all the required info before starting set up of the electronics you want to connect. model #, etc. We set up watch a movie, watch tv and listen to music and all work great with one touch. Purchased at a great price on Black Friday, otherwise I thought was kind of high for a remote.

This is an excellent remote for the cost and offers the ability to program a great number of devices for any number of sensible actions (such as watch tv or listen to music). The only issue I encountered was with the setup as the UI is a web app that crashed several times and was slow to load the startup or any changes.

Recommended and set up by Geek Squad installers. Works great. Gets us to what we waant to watch ie TV with all speakers, Music with extra receiver to powers all over house speakers or Movie which just enables surround sound. No need to have multiple remotes our to watch a movie. Very simple to use.

In the kitchen I have a TV with 2 sources: Dish Network and Roku and this is just the right remote to help with this simple setup. NNot too fancy but useful. Helped replace my 3 remotes to control the TV, the Dish and one for the Roku.

Would have kept this remote but the Harmony Touch went on sale for $99

Overall this is a good replacement remote. Works with all my devices but doesn't always turn them on on first try; sometimes have to run through multiple sequences to get turned on. Can't beat half price that Best Buy had this on sale for during the holidays.

I have used a few different ones in the past and this one for the money is definitely worth it.

This remote requires a computer to set it up. Worked flawlessly with my iMac. Very easy to set up after getting model numbers for cable, tv, dvd, and audio system. The remote's functions work as expected for all systems. Watch tv? Push one button. Watch a movie? Again, one button turns on all appropriate equipment. Yay!

the remote is very nice.i have one years ago it is about a 5 out of 10 to program beside that it nice remote

Only problem: if TV/dish box is shut off with original dish remote it takes a couple of steps to turn on the dish with the Logitech remote but it does turn it on. All buttons work like they should. I am not a computer genius, so I was pleased on how easy it was to set up. The on line directions were clear and concise.

Functional and handy, but not very intuitive as one might have expected. Works well, feels good to hold as well. Replaced multiple remotes and it is very easy to switch between DVD/ Apple TV/ Roku/ Chromecast/ soundbar etc

Very simple programmable remote. On the surface, not many customizable options. If you are slightly educated in Home Theater, you can manipulate the remote to do things it isn't designed to do. Get if you need simple, don't if you want elaborate.

After the Geek Squad set up my remote it has worked perfectly. Can't say how easy set up is as the Geeks did it for me but I am very happy with the end result. Other than needing batteries replaced about once a month there is nothing to complain about.

Great gift for multiple items for the home. Bought for my parents and they absolutely love it.

I got this to replace my remotes for a Samsung TV, Sony Sound bar and Blu-ray, and a Roku. It is very easy to use and intuitive. My biggest problem is that it doesn't always fully communicate with the products. This may be due to my set up though.

I have had several Logitech products and am very happy with their performance and dependability. I bought this remote mainly because of that. I do believe that for this price range though it could use a touch screen especially since everything is touch screen now. You do have to hold the remote towards the equipment for a few seconds after pressing the "watch tv" or "watch movie" functions if you have it set up using the "IR' control which can be a little annoying. If you don't some equipment wont turn on or off. Remote range is really good. I can shoot the volume up or down from my kitchen about 25' away no problem. Ive had this remote for about 3 months now and have not had to change the batteries. Other than price and lack of touch screen I would say this a great remote for your simple home theatre. I am running a flat screen, PS3, DirecTV, and Phono.

Remote was super easy to set up and works very well. Only drawback is that if it is used for several components, it seems to get confused if one component is powered on, while others are not. You can't power each component individually, it only has one touch power-up. Other than this minor issue it is a great remote!
