For the price, I probably would not buy it again. In order to input new device, like a new 4K DVD player or sound bar, you have to go on line, hook the remote up to the computer, eliminate the old DVD player, and hook up the new device. Also, one of my kids pushed the wrong buttons and now I have no idea what buttons are screwed up, so it has now become a headache.I wanted to eliminate having seven remotes, but I don't know how I feel about it now. If you do go with this remote, I highly recommend you have Geek Squad set it up, but that's another $58. I would not recommend this to a friend because the cost of close to $100 for a remote is ridiculous. That cost is also the difference between a 2 star from a 3 star.

I needed a remote to handle my new Samsung and my Nvidia Shield TV. It was Saturday afternoon and my BestBuy is just a mile from the house. I I wanted something cheap and the Logitech 650 fit the bill. In and out of the store in five minutes. Got home and went online and programmed it. It works fine. The buttons have no feel especially the D-Pad portion. I could have spent more and gotten a higher end Logitech but this one does the job. I use it to power up and down all my devices with a single button press. Hoped to just use one remote but the tactile feedback makes you want to use something else when you are channel surfing. For the money it does the job. It took me all of five minutes to program it using the Logitech site and the included usb cablel

I love this remove. I have a lot of devices and having to use multiple remotes was a bit annoying. This remote not only works with a lot of different devices, you can set it up to perform certain actions. For instance, my watch tv actions turns on the tv, turns on the cable box, turns on the sound system and changes it to the right setting. One press of the button as opposed to using 3 remotes to perform 4 different steps. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't always work - pressing watch tv and one device doesn't turn on. However, when this happens you can just press 'Help' and it'll ask which devices didn't cooperate. Also, I don't like that I have to keep the remote pointed at the systems while it's performing the actions but not a big deal.

This remote is really easy to use for the most part. I'm still learning things about it as I go though. I have my LG Smart TV, Optimum tv/io tv/Cablevision/whatever you want to call it box, soundbar and Sony DVD/VHS player all set up with this remote. Pros: simple to set up Easy to use for simple products Was able to set it up so the cable box doesn't turn off when I press "all off" which is nice Cons: Must be directly pointed at TV & soundbar to turn on/off, volume up/down, etc Not all functions of the LG Smart tv will work with this remote, thus having to use original tv remote Sometimes the soundbar doesn't turn off when I press "all off" so I have to go through the "help" button until it does I have to use original DVD/VHS remote to turn between DVD & VHS player, but can use universal remote for all other functions

So far it's made my viewing from different sources easier. I have a couple things to smooth out, haven't taken the time. Toke me awhile to set it up. Almost gave up but glad I stuck with it. I really like it now.

For the price, it is the best Universal remote I've seen or used. Easy to program, the Logitech website is easy to navigate and offers plenty of help. The LCD screen makes using the programmable function buttons easy (especially for guys like me with poor memories). I have an older Logitech remote and love it. This one is even better! If you don't like having to use four or five remotes to operate your A/V system, this is the remote for you. No need to look up codes in some table and try to figure out which one works with your model. You don't have to teach it all the special buttons on the original remote, The macros for the most common operations are automatically loaded, And if you need something special, Logitech will create a macro for you! And, they build good stuff. I'm an unabashed fan of all their products.

Bought this as a gift for a friend who's old Harmony 880 had finally died after almost 10 years of use. The price is right and the Harmony 650 covers their needs. I love Harmony remotes and have convinced others to use them also. I have been using the Harmony Touch for 3 years now.

So this is my 3rd remote of this exact kind (but I purchased the replacement plan this time, :). I (or family) dropped it one too many times, and it simply stopped working so well. But it's very easy to setup and use, allows you to control everything pretty easily.

I love this remote, easy to setup, easy to use. Love the color screen. The one item I wish it had was a timer setting to would allow you to turn off your devices all at once after a certain amount of time. Definitely a recommendable product.

My husband setup the remote in less than an hour and now all of our other remotes are stored away. The Harmony remote is easy to use and has a help function that makes trouble shooting a snap. I wish it would work more devices but for the price it works the major ones and makes TV watching wonderful.

This remote automatically lights up when you pick it up!! I have my cable DVR box, sound bar and amp, Blueray player and TV on this one remote. Everything turns on immediately and you can toggle between each item so no more having to switch source on the TV, great!!

I bought this remote to replace a 10 year old Logitech remote that finally died. 1 button is able to run the entire system. It does not get any easier. I only difficult thing is when the 16 month old takes and hides the remote. They need a locate button like a car alarm!

Been a fan of the Harmony Remotes going back to pre-Logitech days. Using the the web and their extensive hardware database make programming a snap. Add to that the ability to learn the controls of my intergrated amp that was manufactured in Britain hits all the notes.

The programming takes a couple tries, It took me 3 re-runs to make it perfect. Setup: Plug remote into computer with cable provided. You need the model numbers for each of your devices.The program that Harmony initially starts you with DOES NOT setup everything, only the basic devices and simple activities. You'll have to re-run/edit the setup and select "Manual" then you will be presented with more options. The "customize buttons" option shows on the main menu screen, and from there you can adjust the way the Harmony remote works. I had to re-run/edit the set-ups multiple times to adjust everything to my liking, most users if not all will do too.

Needed to get universal since we required the use of three remotes to operate our items. this remote does it all, but did need assistance from the wonderful help center at Longitech. since we're seniors and not all that tech savvy.

Took a little bit of time to set up, it wasn't difficult to set up just took some time. It depends on how many devices you want to add to determine the time, but if it is just a tv and something like Directv, then this is quick and easy. I love the remote and would recommend.
