I purchased a new tv, blue ray and surround sound and had cable. That meant 4 remotes. I decided it would be nice just to have one remote. It took a while to get used to how to get to each feature on the remote but now I really like it

The Logitech Harmony 650 enabled us to consolidate remote control functions for three components (TV, CD/DVD/FM, and cable box) into a single remote. Programming the remote requires a USB connection using the included cable to an internet-enabled computer. The programming process is fairly simple.

My husband set this remote up and easy for kids to use once set up. The only problem is that sometimes it does not turn on all componets and needs to be rest which the kids can not do. If set up properly its very easy to use and light.

This does a great job at replacing multiple remotes. This is the third one I have bought and use. It does take a little bit of work to get it setup exactly how you want it. Once this is done though you really don't need another remote.

Out of all the remotes that were available at the time, this one was not only priced competitively but had most of the same features as remotes that were much more expensive. I would highly recommend this remote to anyone whether your a novice or an expert in home theater, this is the remote for you

Harmony was a great buy that allows us to tie in the sound bar with the rest of the components.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. While it was easy for me to set up, they would not have been able to do it. However, once I set it up for them it was simple for them to use and works like a charm.

This remote is virtually a Harmony 700, except that it doesn't recharge its own batteries. Considering that it costs less than a 700, and works just as well, it's a bargain at the price. I was able to transfer my 700 settings over in about 5 minutes, and it controls all my devices perfectly!

A LITTLE COMPLEX, BUT GOOD. DOESN'T TRACK WITH ALL FEATURES ON MY TV. IT'S A LEARNING CURVE FOR ME.

The remote is fine if you make few adjustments as you change from one source to another. But if you like to adjust for different materials you will need other remotes often. I find it easier to have the actual remote for a device readily available, so I returned the Harmony.

This remote did not work with my TV. I'm giving it to my son.

The Logitech Harmony 650 proves to be a very solid universal remote. It was very easy to set up and is able to control all of my devices. The set up is just a web based program that walks you through anything you might want to set up.

Having a home theater with many different remotes is a mess. Batteries needed for each remote. Keeping track of the clutter of more than one remote as well. This lil guy is setup on your computer with EASE. Click and go options. All you need to know is the maker and model of your device and punch it in. You can then setup activities... and this is where I fell in love with this remote. One button. Turns on everything I need all in one shot. Want to watch a movie on a player? Setup to turn on your TV, the Receiver, and the, in my case, bluray player. Everything turns on all at once and boom. done. You also have complete control of options for each individual device as well. Menu functions on the LCD on the screen give you a list of what is available for your device and you can page through to get to what you need. Lastly, again one button, all done with your viewing experience... hit the all off button and boom... everything turns off.

I use this to control my Smart TV, DVD, and Klipsch sound bar. It was easy to setup. I like the replaceable batteries rather than a charging station so I can keep it in a drawer when not using so the cat doesn't knock it down. The computer setup is quick and easy.

I purchased this remote during Deal of the Day promotion for 24.99. Remote is easy to setup and it works even better that original equipment remotes. It turns on and off several equipments with one click of a button. Highly recommended!

we had a previous model that was easy to use as well. the ability to designate certain buttons for functions is outstanding and the one button push to go from watching tv to playing a game or watching a movie is wonderful. even for the technically challenged, this was simple to get up and running.

I love this remote. My only compliant is my last one only lasted 2 years. I expected a longer lifetime.

this product helped greatly with 7 less remotes and was easy to program, no more missing remotes!
