I typically install more complex control systems which require much more programming and expensive equipment. After a recent move, I didn't have the time to get everything set up and the family was frustrated with using multiple remotes. This remote does the job wonderfully with minimal problems.

Replaced an old 880 with this unit, I prefer this controller

Received this for father's day. It was very easy to setup using a computer and USB connection. On the first try it operates my Sharp TV, Samsung DVD, Xfinity DVR, and Onkyo tuner perfectly. I really like the fact that the keys light up. This makes changing the channel in the dark much easier.

We now have only one remote now. the sound bar could not be programmed on the u-verse remote.

This is going to cost me another $75 to get it back working.

This remote can seem intimidating at first, but once you get it configured, WOW. An awesome item to condense the number of remote controls running around the house or to replace the ones eaten by the dog.

The remote was simple to set up with the multiple devices. It is very easy to change which device you want to control while also allowing you to control multiple devices if all you want to do is watch tv. I recommend this device to anyone looking for a universal remote.

Bought this as a replacement. I was worried that I would have to go through the hassle of getting serial and model numbers again but luckily Logitech makes it easy by saving the information in the app! Plugged this into the computer and synced it up and it was ready to go!

I spent only about 15 minutes setting up this remote. It has worked okay but certainly not the way it should. I think the problem is that I haven't taken the time to read about the set-up beyond the "get started" type instructions.

Was great to have the Geak Squad set it up for me though!

Great remote to combine four remotes into one among multiple components. Easy to set up and use. Love how it creates activity categories that does multiple tasks at the same time such as turning tv on along with right input setting.

Easy to set up but a little complicated to use if your not already fimiliar with all of your electronics capabilities. And I really wish I could switch from one activity to another without turning off the components that are already on.

Bought to replace another brand universal remote that didn't have all the functions I wanted.

This product cleared the clutter of remotes from my table. Very easy to set up and use. One button and I'm watching cable TV. Push another button and I'm set to watch Netflix on my Apple TV. All devices are turned on with the proper inputs and outputs set. I highly recommend this remote.

The remote has all of the functionality of my original remotes. The process to program the remote was a bit more involved than I expected. As long as I don't have to go through process again.

I haven't programmed as of yet. I had an older model which took me awhile to set up but once it was set up it worked great. I have no doubt this will work just as well if not better since it's a newer model.

Great features and all, but not what I needed. I lost a Bose cinemate II remote and was instructed by a team member at the store that this should do the trick - unfortunately, it did not. I still kept the remote for other devices, but it wasn't what I initially was looking for.

This is the first remote that made my rather complicated setup simple. I have Amp/Receiver/Roku+DVD and when I switch between Roku/Dvd I also have to switch the source on the Receiver. It is very easy for technocrats, but for "real" people - not so. Every time somebody needs to operates my sound/video system - it is a major pain to explain how to operate with what. Now - it is click of one button. Click - Receiver Switches to channel "CDR", TV turns on to the source "PVR" and viola - you are ready for your Netflix movie using Roku. Click on another button - the TV will switch to "DVD", Receiver to "DVD" , Blu-Ray player comes alive and you are ready to watch your DVD. And this all regardless if your devices are on or off. Just magic! The only downside - you have to connect it to the computer in order to program this remote. So if you are not very computer savvy - use something else. However if you are a gear-head and wnat to make live easier for your wife, kids and in-laws and for yourself - you will enjoy it VERY much.

Setup takes a little time but once figured out it works well

It does what I need it to do. Turns on TV, Audio System, DVR in a specific order and has sufficient controls. If it doesn't work correctly it has a help feature that fixes it all with simple questions. A great remote for a simple setup and it didn't break the bank.
