Basically it works as expected but not all functions are compatible with TV or sound bar. Definitely a bit confusing to set up and use but basic functions work well once you are familiar with the devise.

We have a DVR/cable box, DVD player, Apple TV and listen to music, all from one AV receiver and in one room. Now we can do it with just one remote. Choose the desired function, all the buttons automagically work without having to find another remote with different arrangements of buttons.

No complaints at all. Literally able to set up 4 devices and 4 activities in 5 minutes everything worked great. No all of the commands for every device. Pretty happy with this one..

I just started using the remote I misplaced the directions for the remote and I am not good at figuring out how electronics work I am doing good with out the directions which means it is easy to use

We have smart remotes, however this one is my favorite. It's easy to use and user friendly.

Got this to replace my cable provider's remote so I could control everything at once such as change channels and adjust volume without having to remember to hit the device button first. I have only been using it about a week but so far, so good. Everything on one remote and it does entire process of turning all involved components on or off by activity buttons. If you press "Watch TV" button, on goes the cable box, the TV and the receiver. Hit "Watch a Movie" and the DVD player powers up while the cable box shuts down. Love that part! However, there are times when not all devices turn on or off when they should. The remote screen then asks if devices are all on or off and you answer "Yes" or "No' until the problem is solved. Usually only takes a few extra seconds.

Logitech harmony remotes are easy to set up and use; great product, I highly recommend them.

Tv, DVD, satellite and sound all on one remote is so convenient. Set up is easy. Does not always do what you press but easy fix with help button. Also on occasion makes you go through entire help session before it will work.

I've owned numerous universal remotes in the past, but this is the best one I've seen. The web interface used to configure the remote is very easy to use. Makes setup very simple. I like the way the remote allows you to fix incorrect device settings simply. Good remote, great price!

Had way too many remote controls for my entertainment center. Got the Logitech universal and put seven remotes into one ! Makes a big difference in controlling everything and the guess work for looking up code numbers is done for you with the online app.

This product works great with all my devices. The only downfall is when I drop it the assistant needs to go through all the steps to work again. It's a quick fix but minor annoyance. Overall great product.

The Tv is a great buy. For the money, it was the best. And Samsung quality was a must!

Once set up all you need to do is press one button and the TV, satelite receiver and sound component all come on with correct input/outputs selected. If we want to watch a DVD, press one button and all the correct devices turn on with the correct input/outputs selected. It is really nice.

its a universal remote, it works on all my devices

This is a great quality remote. I am a big fan of Logitech harmony remotes, and have owned several over the years I ended up getting this one over some of the nicer models because of the price. It can control everything I have except for the roku stick.

The remote does everything stated it would do. Simple to program and use. We love it.

I was very frustrated trying to figure out all the control's. With one remote it's easy.

I have a Samsung TV, Samsung Sound Bar and Samsung Blu-Ray Player. You would think the three could communicate but they can't. The Logitech Remote coordinated all my electronics into one very easy to use remote control.
