This is my 4th harmony remote (owned two of the higher end models previously). The features and the ease of programming make this my favorite version. No need for expensive batteries or overly complex button layouts. Does what it says and does it well. Only reason it is 4 stars is because I had to replace the last one due to the buttons not being responsive any longer.

I had an older model of the Harmony remote for years, and had good luck with it, so when I needed a new one I bought this. The setup is pretty simple; I just had to create an account with Logitech, tell it which TV and accessories I had, download to my new remote (they call it sychronizing) and bingo--it worked. Since I'm not a tech guy, I really appreciated that. The Best Buy employee recommended this model, and it was the right choice for me.

Had an earlier model for years. Easy to set up via logitech's software and website. Then one remote operates your audio/video components. Touch one button and everything you need to watch TV comes on. Touch a different button and everything you need to watch a blu-ray comes on etc. Then one touch of the all off button and all is off. Also, if a component does not come on, press help and it asks if this is on or that is on and solves your problem. The best remote ever!

Following the instructions was easy. Set up was flawless. WIfe loves the simple operation of one remote.

This is an excellent solution to the literal clutter of remotes that takes over the media entertainment rooms today. With remotes for just about everything these days, the Harmony is a good solution to the clutter. This one device turns on my theater room lights, the projector, audio receiver, media player, bluray and satellite receiver with one single button touch. The remote is intuitive and simple to use and configure. I should have bought one years ago.

My old Logitech 880 served me well, but near the end the buttons were becoming impossible to press any more (a common issue with this model). I didn't want to spend the big bucks on their new top of the line model so settled for this 650 which was dirt cheap but could only handle 4 devices instead of 6, and not rechargeable. IT IS AWESOME. The new software made it fantastically easy to set up (well easy if you are used to setting up these remotes as I was, a bit of a learning curve otherwise). The only problem I had was figuring out how to stop it turning off a device when it was done with it (the default) but I found it with a bit of googling. Not being rechargeable is more of a blessing than a curse. I use Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable batteries all over the house anyway so no big deal to swap them out when they lose their charge (but it's been a month and still going strong), and now no charging base to worry about which took up room on my table top, a power adapter taking up room also, and the cradle was flaky anyway. So far it's everything I hoped for and more. I highly recommend it.

I had never heard of a Harmony remote until the sales guy talked to me about it. I'm glad I got it, because it has everything connected to it and I love that. The remote must be facing all the devices and takes a minute to sync sometimes. The help button and small display screen are my friend. :) I really reccomend the remote in order to make life easier.

I had 5 remotes on the table and now I have one. Easy remote setup on the computer. Very smart remote !

Using the software and usb cable made configuring this remote a breeze. You can even reprogram what the buttons do for different remotes. I found this to be too daunting for my needs and my fios remote did 90% of what I needed anyway. One con is it's a bit clunky using the little screen to choose between remotes and options not attached to other keys already.

I would have bought the Home Control, but for some reason they decided not to put back lighted keys on it so I went with the 650 instead. I've yet to find the device that isn't listed in their database and the software for setup gets better and better. This replaces an older unit that lasted 6 years of constant use before one of the buttons stopped working. I probably could have taken it apart and cleaned it but I thought it was time for an update.

This is a must remote for those looking to downsize in the remote category. Get rid of the clutter of 4-5 remotes to just one. Hook up to your PC & enter your system model numbers. The Harmony system site will do all the work. Love the fact I now just push one button and whatever I'm wanting to watch...comes on. ( BluRay, Satellite, Internet, etc) Go buy this!!!

This was a replacement for one that went bad. I've had Harmony remotes for several years. They really simplify life and reduce clutter. There is maybe one circuit board in each batch of 200 or something that is defective and runs down batteries. Check the Interweb, you'll see that many have called this out. Just return it for a good one if this happens to you.

I am over 50 and I can't navigate the 4 remotes for the multitude of devices connected to my family TV. My kids did fine with the system, but I could not figure out how to switch from NetFlicks to watch a DVD. This remote solved all my problems and made life very easy! Of course the kids had to set it up and even they had a little trouble with downloading all the programing. If you get this remote, make sure you have a tech minded teen to set it up.

This thing is sooo easy to use and it controls everything, even cheap no-name generic brand components.

Easy to program, easy to use, works great with multiple devices and a receiver. I am extremely pleased.

This Harmony universal remote is easy, easy, easy to program and use. It replaced three of my remotes. TV, Blue Ray, & Surround Stereo. I was skeptical with such a purchase but I am glad I went for it. Did I mention it is easy to use and program! The only reason I only put four stars. I just started using it. I hope it lasts longer than the stock remotes.

first harmony remote. very easy to setup and super easy to tweak it just fro my needs. It does get out of sync sometimes if you turn the remote away before it finishes its macro but the help function has fixed it without further intervention 8/10 times. This will get better as we all learn to use the remote correctly. it has great range and I find it actually works better with my equipment than the original remote in several areas.

This made my life much easier. I no longer have 4 or 5 remotes. It even works for apple TV as well.

This remote Eorks great and is easy to set up. Decent price too.
